Yes, the twist was so great 👍 most esp. on the part when whom we thought the weak one at first whom of which is Eleonor said to the main lead... "I'm in charge now!" while shoting back to the main lead that Narcissist Qoute w/c originally came from her. It was epic.

Camila Mendes' delivery of "I'm sorry School House Rock are you dragging my sentence structure, now?" is so great. She really is such a great, young actress. Riverdale really did strike gold with a lot of their castings.

Just watched this on Netflix. I loved it! It has a strong early 2000's teen movie vibe and uses 90s and 00s music. Takes me back when I was a teen. A mix of Mean Girls, Jawbreaker, Heathers, Wild Child, Cruel Intentions etc. If you noticed there are also clear reference/homage to those movies.

It's a classic movie that's a rendition on all classic 90s movies

I literally wasnt expecting this movie to be so entertaining but it was my girl and I laughed and enjoyed this so much. Had a plot twist very good film and cast.

The plot twist had me screaminggg!! It ends at a really good note though, loved this movie! 9/10! I realised there was pope in this movie from outer banks and Alexa from alexa and Katie, Robin from stranger things, Dash from Dash and Lily, Clare from hello, goodbye and everything in between, Jessica Davis from 13 reasons why, Kamran from Miss Marvel, and ofc lastly Veronica from Riverdale!!! If you can't already tell, I'm a bit of a movie geek lol
No matter how this film looks, it certainly doesn't seem like it's going to be boring. It's also going to be cool to see Camila in something not-Riverdale and, while I haven't seen any Stranger Things, Robin seems like a cool character so it's going to be fun to see Maya Hawke in this.
This looks like it probably would have been better as a series tbh. There is so much that could have been done but I'm still excited to see this 😁

Oooh I just watched it and oh God it's one of the best movies I've seen in a while the drama , the sets, the outfits, acting by both main leads, the story , the direction everything top notch. Camilla did an amazing job by Maya literally nailed it in this role. Really enjoyed it.

Heathers had a cast with a guy as lead in it with the girl. Not two girls. And that movie wouldn't be made today since it would have been "offensive".. Disagree with the second half of your comment. There’s a reason why people (including young kids who didn’t grow up with the movie) look back at Heathers as a cult classic. It challenges toxic societal norms and stereotypes, as well as providing social commentary on the terrible neglect of teen’s mental health. Admiration for those types of films have grown with the current generation, not diminished.

I 12/10 recommended this movie, it has actually funny(and original) jokes, visually very pretty to look at, every single actor fits into their PERFECTLY and the plot twist left my damn jaw on the floor

I will say this turned out surprisingly good! I normally would not even watch a movie like this. However, they paid homage to almost all of the 90s teen popular movies. I love the representation of EVERYONE! You got to see a little of everyone in this movie. I’m glad they didn’t cast the typical blonde because that’s getting old. Plus bonus adding Sarah Michelle Gellar was EPIC! She will forever be a 90s teen icon. Great movie, I might do a review.

This movie right here probably had one of the biggest plot twist I’ve ever seen.. I had to rewind back to the beginning a couple times just to get the main point. It’s definitely giving Mean Girls meets Cruel Intentions meets Heathers. Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes are incredible.
Also, I love how they added Sarah Michelle Gellar to the project as well. Gave off so much nostalgia from the late 90s/early 2000s flicks. The casting was on point. Great film.
