Wouldn’t making DVS your output device cause all system sounds to go out of Dante also? Is a safer alternative to make audio out of Prime using DVS and system settings out of the internal speakers in case of a notification sound during your service?

You could potentially do that. But we also recommend Do Not Disturb on during your services to mute notifications.
