Perfect! Been given loads of old faded plastic pots from an older relative as I've recently moved house. Know EXACTLY what I'll be doing with them once Spring kicks in, here in the UK. Thankyou for sharing, I didnt want to throw these pots away & now can give them a new lease of life. Have an awesome day!

I too would like to know if these can go outside. And, if I can use a substitute paint.

These can go outside and you could certainly try another paint, but I can’t guarantee how it will work or hold up.

Instead of wiping the brush on cloth I’m wondering if it I would save paint using a plastic plate using your method. New to me, I’m not sure. Thank you! Interesting how you created this process! Thanks for sharing your secret!

The point of the video was for you to use as much of HER PRODUCT paint as possible. Normally I'd dab it on parchment paper,, or a paper plate,, also,, and keep dabbing and dabbing...over and over using the same paint instead of always dipping and wiping it all off. TOTAL waste of paint. Thumbs down project.

@@ms.farmgirl Did you not like how the project turned out or did you just not like the dry wipe technique? I agree that dry wiping on a paper towel is a waste of paint (especially if you are actually using Annie Sloan) but thought the stone affect came out well.

Probably could put outdoors if you add a clear coat sealant, but might have to apply it fresh each year
