Ah yes, the famous battle, between pepsi and Harvey Weinstein...
Haven’t seen one this bad since Wendy’s took on Blockbuster.
Lol he's the worst.
@@Nitemericanare we forgetting the Ford Motor Company battle against Tommy Hilfiger in 94’?
Don’t forget Coca Cola vs Stalin
I am not American I do not know your stuff so please be polite.
The fuck is the connection between Pepsi and Harvey Weinstein? I get from internet research that he was a sex offender but why pepsi?
Please explain
There's just something so hypocritical about how Tony goes about saying these intentionally inflammatory things, but the second someone tries to be critical of his company, he dedicates 15 minutes of airtime to acting like he suddenly thinks tribalism is a bad thing.
Bro this, spot on
Facts 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Well said
Tony Khan is an incompetent boss, he's holding back AEW and all the wrestlers who put in the effort to work there, few people take him seriously. He's taken plenty of shots at Vince for his creative, but he has become Vince, his shows are mostly boring unwatchable garbage, lack of storylines and 95% workrate dream matches, 683k this week. Crap rating, AEW will soon reach TNA levels because of Tony Clown's leadership.
What's inflammatory? Ari Emanuel owns CAA and now owns WWE as well, Nick Khan worked in CAA and now works in WWE and also worked under Vince. CAA is the talent agency that is being sued by Hollywood actress Julia Ormond because the people in the agency who were supposed to represent her tried to get her for Harvey Weinstein without telling her
DIdn't Tony put Ric Flair on air????
Sure did
Don callis still is
And NDA Jericho
Good point
And Darby
That Edge promo is aging like milk each passing week
Milk on a radiator...
That milk expired the same episode

The whole reason Santos Escobar turned on Rey was because he brought Carlito in the group. He said you couldn’t trust him and he wasn’t family. It’s crazy that Santos was right all along.
DAMN THAT CARLITO!! -shakes fist-
Exactly what I said all that stuff is solidify what Santos Escobar has been saying the entire time Carlito is a snake and he calls to break up between him and Rey it is all Carlitos fault
A bit rich coming from Tony Khan when he employs Ric Flair, Chris Jericho
Don’t forget Don callis and that time he had scarlet fever
Mike Tyson. Twice.
Jericho didn't do anything
Didn't he hire Jimmy Havoc?
Jimmy Havoc...
I’m more shocked Tony didn’t compare AEW to Coke giving his loving for the product
Colombian coke, not coca cola
Bringing up Harvey Weinstein when you employ Chris Jericho is an interesting tactic.
Tony Khan is unhinged and I don’t even like Jericho, but there was nothing to the Jericho stuff. Just one dirtsheet writer making unfounded allegations with zero evidence or proof of anything.
@@kc1john I mean Tony Kahn's refusal to deny having Kylie Ray sign an NDA was pretty interesting.
@@todd1928 Yeah, but from what I see most incidents between people seem to end up with NDAs but if it is something criminal, the courts would have told AEW they can wipe their asses with the paper it is printed on.
@@todd1928 Why waste any breath on allegations that only one dirtsheet writer with an axe to grind is making? She denied she was ever talking about anyone with that heart emoji on Twitter and he had to retract a lot of the stuff he was making up.
@@giantmess4335 Yeah, most incidents don't end up resulting in an NDA unless certain parties want to cover up behaviour that would reflect badly on them.
Companies such as Fox News and other major industries have been using NDAs to cover up sexual harassment and other issues like that for decades with very little in the way of repercussions.
Tony Khan needs a PR team
he needs a babysitter
he only funded AEW so he can play booker and cut promos on TV and twitter, regardless whether it's good or bad for the company
it was never about the business, that's why he refuses help from other people or tries to hire people to do what he's currently doing, especially when it comes to booking and PR
He needs an actual booker first
Tony needs rehab.
He needs a positive change in leadership
Calling AEW Pepsi is an insult to Pepsi
More like a cheap own shop brand of Pepsi
Saying they were "Coke" might be a little too on the nose for Tony.... see what I did there? Eh? Eh? I'll see myself out.
Plus Pepsi Phil might take issues with that, but lets be real, AEW is mire like the RC Cola of wrestling
@@TimeBomb014XRC Cola is actually good though.
@@Eddieblueeyes14 😅 well played!
Why does he have to be like this I mean AEW being there and doing good is great for fans to have options and alternatives but this past year he’s just putting people off
Sadly there are some morons who hear this stuff, and join in tribalism nonsense. It does draw attention, a horrible kind but attention none the less and Tony is a numbers guy, not a competent one. Its like playing a game with damage numbers, "number goes up gun goes brr"
Because it's the truth what he said. Nick Khan was tasked at CAA for helping Harvey Weinstein get Hollywood actresses who CAA was representing and he got those tasked from the person who owns CAA. Current WWE owner Ari Emanuel who as you may remember thought it was a good idea to put Vince McMahon on the new board even after the Wall Street Journal articles came out in 2022 that let to Vince stepping down in WWE
“Pepsi of pro wrestling “
Very accurate,i.e. Pepsi always takes pot shots at Coke, but Coke will always be on top.
Pepsi is always better!
@@afd19850That's where the analogy starts to lose credibility; AEW is a far worse product rn
@afd19850 Than how come Coca-Cola has always been the #1 best-selling soft drink decade after decade after decade.

Also Tony Khan: "WhY iS tHeRe sO mUcH tRiBaLiSm iN wReStLinG?!11"
Don't you know? Tribalism, for Tony and Co., is only bad when the wind blows into THEIR face. When it's AEW taking a leak, then "haha, good fun! And we're the plucky underdog anyway!"
I swear if AEW was a well booked show, Tony would stop me from watching it still
@@bashamd96For real, he makes his own product seem minor league. Such a "we need to mention the big company to stay in the news" mentality.
Tony Khan is The Tribalism Chief
Lack of self awareness. “WWE is the evil company” like how? No backstage fights. Locker room morale seems to be on the highest its ever been. But it’s evil because the previous owner who’s been ousted has a scandal.
I’m all for companies taking shots at each other but when he has talent that have accusations on them like Jay Lethal and also his company being connected with Ric Flair. It’s gross stuff. Also he never really provided clarity with the Jericho Kylie Rae situation. But I’m sure hardcore aew fans will defend this.
Really shows how much of a hypocrite he is.
And this is also from a guy who hires anyone that wwe gets rid of dudes a loser 🤣🤣
Wait what? Jay Lethal is being accused of something?
@@DragonHeart613 Kelly Klein alledged that back in 2021 and ROH covered it up, but literally nothing else was said.
Edit: I make no claim if this is true or not, it's just what's been said.
Omar also says Taeler Hendrix gave accusations. There is a pattern.
@@themasteronhigh1665 Yikes.
This is the existence of AEW now.. waiting for Tony Kahn to say the next stupid thing and doing the damage control in-between.
Congrats Tony, in minutes you've made me go from asking 'what were WWE doing with their draft last night?' to asking 'what were you thinking with this statement?'. I mean really, because of Vince? It's the only reason I can think of for that comparison, and he's gone. Once again, you just made yourself and your company look bad when trying to do the opposite, well done.
WWE is living rent free in Tony’s head. 😂
@@BryRobinson One huge difference in this logic. Punk was telling his personal story and experience. Tony is name-calling for the sake of name-calling.
@@BryRobinson cm punk was part of aew, tony khan was not part of anything wwe. Its obvious cm punk will ask his time with aew so your point is moot and strawman. You need to grow up first before asking others to grow up.
@@BryRobinson lol. Goes to show how much pathetic defenders will go on lenght without proper thought. Cry me a river.
@@BryRobinson CM Punk answered question, Tony Khan just keeps mentioned them. There's the difference, but someone who lacks any critical thinking will not be able to see the difference.
@@Suarecks didn’t punk call Kahn a clown?
"Widely acclaimed"? It was garbage. NFL people were laughing at him, he's the person in charge of one of the worst run franchises in the NFL and he acts like this? CM Punk was right and Tony has done nothing but dig himself deeper each week.
All of my peers loved it. Just the usual suspects giving it crap.
@@justAuntyJoeso all two of them who talk to you?
@@justAuntyJoethat's nice. That doesn't change public perception overall of how cringe this is.
I loved it - I honestly love AEW's output. WWE have been doing this for so long, you'd expect them to be great. Nothing new there. I like looking at where the new guys will go. I'll still watch WWE because I love pro-wrestling so the more the better, but I'm more invested in AEW's story...
"Tony Khan you're a clown" CM Punk. Just facts. Punk wasn't the problem, AEW had internal problems before Punk arrived.
I'm a WWE fan and I watch predominantly WWE - I have nothing against AEW and I'd be happy for them to succeed. However, this TK dude is a complete embarrassment and makes me cringe every time I watch him talk...
This clown does more to damage his brand than anything else.
Dude yes!! Like i don't watch much aew i am predominantly WWE and am not into the this is better then the other, they can both Coexist. But then Tony just keeps yapping for publicity and makes me want to watch it less and less
@MrMajesticMajesty Exactly. I use to like both and on a even level but latey khan just makes me watch less and less of AEW. Dude would be better at shutting up but he won't.
@@dkm07305ablehonestly such a mood, used to watch AEW loads to the point where I even spent a load of money to go to All In last year, but ever since then TK and the rest of them at the top keep making me not want to watch the product, it’s just sad
Yet CM Punk was the cancer, he's the problem, blah blah, I know a good portion of Punk haters starting to come around and owe him an apology, now we know Tony Khan is the actual toxic menace of AEW. Tony Khan needs to go for the betterment of AEW or nothing changes, so many great talents on their roster and he does crap like this that take away everything memorable from Dynasty.
If he would focus on his own product for a change his company wouldn’t be tanking so badly.
Nah it would still be shit lol.
I want AEW to exist because it’s great for the wrestlers, but every time Tony opens his mouth it makes me want WWE to bury them and him to fail miserably
Yes I feel the exact same way and WWE isn't my favorite promotion
"Widely acclaimed Angle"? I have seen so much fans under the video and on social media about the angle who hated it
TK keeps taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back.
1 step forward 9 steps back
More like half a step forward and a full sprint back.
One step backwards, two steps backwards, three steps backwards.
Is he even stepping forward?
One step forward in to doggie poo, two steps back onto the carpet.
I'm sorry, whenever WWE takes a shot at AEW, Tony Khan is all "Why can't we all get along?"
However Tony get's dunked on by ALL fans, not just WWE fans , and he starts with the "WWE is The Harvey Weinstein Of Pro Wrestling" thing for attention.
The time when Tony steps aside , hires someone to book and disappears from the screens and just becomes the money, could not come sooner.
Sadly the latter will never happen, it's his pet project, he'll never do what's best for business.
I was hoping he was setting up Bryan Danielson to take the book from him once Danielson wraps up his in ring career.
Holy shit the defense of this position is crazy.
To be honest if they have nothing for Grimes Its better to let him go to so his career doesn't die.
Hopefully he lands on his feet. He's good with character and good in the ring.
@@marybonner7432 He will, they said he is already getting offers from Indies. He can get bigger this way otherwise he would be on the bench for WWE.
@@marybonner7432 I think he definitely will. He's too talented to not get somewhere in the indies.
It's weird, yet they still keep Ridge Holland, Damon Kemp or The OC etc, who no one gives a crap about.
@@TheMrAlgoh so You would rather WWE keep grimes as a jobber and destroy career than to have him a successful run at Indies.
You are looking at things from a wrong perspective mate. Just because someone is at WWE doesn't mean they are going to be successful.
TK's angle is over with the wrestling press. Not the fans.
Tbf most of the press are fans, or so they claim.
However if you dig deeper, a lot of fan think the angle is a joke.
I’m a fan. I love it. So do thousands of others. Hundreds of thousands in fact. Speak for yourself

It’s not over. The guy’s a jackass
@@ebmax55no more than 600k according to the ratings 😂😂😂
....And people compain when the "Tony Kahn needs help" argument gets pulled up every time...
Yeah because LOOK AT HIM. He's clearly not in a right state of mind. WWE is living in his head rent-free and he is going to great lengths to say whatever inflammatory thing he wants just to make him and AEW look good. Now, Vince McMahon? Absolutely, call him the Harvey Weinstein of pro wrestling, NOT the WWE as a whole.
Listen, I'm a AEW and WWE fan. But I cannot and will not defend what Tony said. It was immature and ridiculous. If Tony continues down the path of acting like a immature teenager, he will unfortunately be the downfall of AEW.
I feel like im the only one who thought the angle from Dynamite was at best average?
You're not
Tony'd want to be careful, a statement like that could be considered borderline slanderous
And the NFL Network knew this was not good, cause the hosts tried to immediately end the interview after Tony said that.
Pepsi should sue for gimmick infringement 😭
punk or tk ?
I have a simple message to Tony Khan.... "Grow up and be Professional"
He's borderline unhinged in his comms.
That’s impossible for billionaire nepo babies.
He's 40 he'll only grow up on his death bed by now or whenever his dad retires and he has responsibilities
Tony? Can you show us on this doll were Paul touched you? Also, have you lately talked with Ric Flair? Or your FTW Champion NDA Jericho? Iirc that has never quite been cleared up...
AEW is like Pepsi. Damn Tony still thinking about Pepsi Phil
Cm punk the only wrestler to live rent free in AEW's head.
Just when you think he can't sink any lower, Tony somehow digs himself further down into the doldrums...
It's really fucking sad because this is probably the last time WWE will have competition for a long time. Tony failed, whether he likes it or not. The way he acts like everything is sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns is just so off-putting.... I'm surprised how most people don't see that.
@@KJC04 Their might still be a glimmer of hope for things to get better but only if Tony grows a pair and let’s professionals manage his company.
if he dug any lower he will be in china
Ok, even ignoring the insane Harvey Weinstein comment, isn’t it almost universally agreed that Coke is better than Pepsi? Why would you want to compare yourself to Pepsi?
Ah Tony, learn to use your legal team!
Mega Periek, or whatever her name is has a reputation of being quite of a horrid lawyer. So I wouldn't advise that
Ironic the guy accused of having a major coke habit calling himself Pepsi
This still won't help them in the ratings 🤷🏾♂️
What a relief that Dom doesn't need a surgery
Sounds like someone needs to watch their own Edge rahrah speech
TK taking 1 step forward, 5 backwards
TK better just keep his mouth shut on WWE. Unless your show can hit 1 mil consistently I wouldn't be talking about WWE.
Why?
Anyone seen the clip of Khan moving his neck around with the brace out
Once again Tony Khan is having WWE living rent free in his head😂. It’s actually the other way around to which is the Harvey Weinstein and Pepsi.
Ah yes because when I’m thirsty I think “Pepsi or Harvey Weinstein?”
Also Dom should update people on his injury Randy Orton style, but just getting more heat off it.
Vince was the Harvey of wrestling. I wouldn't dispute that. The WWE is not Vince McMahon. AEW was only relevant when Vince was in charge and Tony knows it.
In fairness, you can't really associate TKO with Vince.
He sold most of his shares, and has no input whatsoever it's an entirely different company now
This guy has Ric “Helicopter” Flair and Chris “NDA” Jericho on his tv show 😂
Tony in a neck brace trying to look like an underdog while being a fragile hypocrite has real "McMahon steroid trial" energy.
I hope we get a general manager for AEW that actually seems legitimate and an authority force.
TK’s attempt to make AEW a clean company falls flat. Yes, the WWE need years to clean up the mess Vinnie Mac had bestowed on the company but I wouldn’t expect them to reply to this weird assertion from a Minor League wrestling company.
Ironic considering Jericho's casting couch.
Tony Khan has taken the Eric Biscoff comment of “controversy creates cash” and run with it. The only difference is that Eric actually competed with WWE and was beating them for a while. AEW will always be seen as second rate and all his antics won’t change that.
He needs to stop worrying about the competition, and focus entirely on his own product, and filling those arena seats.
Taking shots like this can be risky for the person making them because nobody becomes a billionaire without some skeletons, sometimes literal.
Not only does Carlito need to be heel, he needs his old theme back
Tony Khan Don't be a National Embarrassment Challenge (Impossible)
Bruh, we were all having fun with the necklace gimmick and the angle at the end being goofy, but fun.
And then he opened his damn mouth about WWE again had Tony said Vince McMahon, I don't think we'd have said anything. But "evil juggernaut" and "Harvey Weinstein", are just dumb shit to say.
Next time Adam Copeland or FTR Bald bring up tribalism or be condescending with their speeches, please play this from Tony.
We Love you Tony ❤️💯 It’s True EVERTHING Tony Khan is absolutely Telling You The TRUTH..
Ah, I see that Tony’s upgraded from Cocaine to Crack.
That segment was not well received lol
Thanks guys, at least you could see that what tony said was inappropriate to smear the Entire company.
It's insane how people are defending Khan saying that he is trying to get heat...
My brother in Christ, people who tune in to the draft aren't gonna be massive wrestling fans. He is literally an outsider when he talks about wrestling on other outlets. So his job is to make his product look good. All it does is make people think about WWE because it's more recognizable. It's a similar reason why McMahon never directly insulted WCW anymore after his initial Billionaire Ted segments. He looked foolish and petty.
Tony Khan : WWE is Harvey Weinstein of Wrestling
Also, Tony Khan : hiring Ric Flair and Don Callis
Tony Kahn-cussion would be a hilarious on-screen gimmick for him. He starts out by cutting promos hating on wwe until we get to the point, weeks or months down the line, where his post-concussion syndrome is so bad he ends up becoming AEW’s Perry Saturn 😂
Not gonna lie, had he said this while Vince was in charge. He'd have a point.
But he doesn't.
Don’t forget, WWE is being sued too, and people that enabled Vince are still employed there. 🤷♂️
And the women that enabled Harvey is an executive for Star Wars
And Flair is employed by Khan. Maybe he should look into his pepsi firm first
Tony Khan comparing himself to Pepsi is just asking WWE to claim "OK we're Coke."
We're the pepsi of wrestling. CM Punk likes pepsi. Thus CM Punk likes us.
When is he going to put on a karate gi and challenge Triple H to a match?
I'm sure people love that comparison, TK.
Proof that Tony Khan desperately needs to hire a PR team!
Don't do drugs kids.
We should all start refuting to x as “the social media platform formally known as Twitter” I know I know what a fresh and timely reference 😂
I just call it Twitter.
you talked about the TK bs but nothing about who drafted who??
if a professional comedian made a harvey weinstein comparison now days, they'd either be canceled or at least get a lot of bad press. seriously, he needs a PR guy.
Why would he correlate AEW= Pepsi? Like this dude is fried.
Who the fuck cares what TK thinks? Can’t even sell a neck “injury”
Clearly you don’t know the difference between a soft neck brace and a stiff neck brace
The way they try and water down what Tony said is completely insane.
Honestly think Tony khan would try and book Benoit if he could 😂😂
A great PPV, they're turning things around after that backstage footage debacle, but then Tony Khan has to be a complete Tony Khan.
Alot if what i said that was gonna happen to AEW is already happening. I dont want to see them go out of business but they brought on themselves with alot of things.
. Not building up the talent they already have
. Introducing concepts that they didn't follow through with
. Being all over the place with ROH
. Eventhough CM Punk isn't exactly blameless, the elite & Tony should've thought the brawl out situation
. I can't really blame their fans actions on them but they sort of encouraged their gatekeeping attitude
I get the sentiment. I am usually for the little guy. It's a David and Goliath thing. There's the Vince of it all... but I think that statement was just SO distasteful.
Tony do you really wanna live in a world without coca cola
i’ll never understand why tony can’t focus on his own show mentions wwe on a daily basis at this point
Where was it "widely acclaimed" at 🤔🤔🤔 i saw a mix but DEFINITELY moreso negative than positive 🤦🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️

I wonder who makes the decision on how can stay on TV and who can’t during an injury. Like Seth and Dom can hang around on tv well being injured but Liv or Ripley can’t be around…? Why can’t they still be around continuing stories just not in the ring. I don’t understand why some stay on tv and some don’t when injured.
Yall need to try this Winestein soft drink. Similar to cheerwine.
People can be mad, but isn't it pretty common knowledge now that Nick Khan & Stephanie knew about the Janel Grant situation? You have to assume Triple H knew as well. And for all the legends who talk about WWE, it seems that all the inappropriate behavior (giving them the biggest benefit of the doubt) was common knowledge. TK's not wrong. And I don't watch AEW programming.
I am digging that Trejo's Taco's shirt Sam Driver is wearing so aick hell yeah love it
Crazy thing is. If the next dynamite gets a better rating, then Tony is going to start saying wilder things every chance he gets
How the fuxk do you expect to be taken seriously when your first statement is that the Tony Khan angle is good.
Granted Tony sold better that 99% of the roster but jesus christ that selling was just pure embarrassment. But NO ONE gives a shit about a Tony Khan storyline NOR do they believe there is a personal beef for the feud to be anywhere near interesting.
