Awesome video Dan, please make more like this, really superb. Amazed the race broke up like this, the races I've done have usually ended up with one break and a big group to the end. Great to see like you say. Makes me want to get up to darley moor some time!

There's a handbook for that.
Could you talk about some of the power numbers involved? Might encourage some more people to give it a try if it’s achievable.
For the win, I had 404w normalised power. 390w average. You DO NOT need to hit those numbers to get around a 4th cat race :)
250w average over the race would probably be ok to get around, lot of surges though so probably 300w normalised. Give it a go to find out though because every race varies

Hi Dan. How do you get into crit racing? Do you need to be part of a club? I normally do triathlons/running but I've not been able to run due to injury. So I'm looking for inspiration to keep training
You don't need a club, just search the British cycling events for circuit races and enter. Worth calling British cycling to sort out a race license and silver/gold membership first. Good luck!
Yes definitely give BC a call! Or ask a local club :)
