Hey thanks for the informative video . I am looking for a return pump and was wondering if the dc 4000 you have was going to be strong enough . Looks like I will be ordering one today 👍👍👍 and I’m glad you realized the brass fitting was the wrong way to go before you caused anymore damage, but lesson learned and it also is very informative for others.. it sure helped me out ..
Personally have have had excellent longevity with their powerheads and return pumps for years and years. Still have many and they all work. All are 10 years old or longer now.Powerheads are 4200ghr variable speed and 4500ghr. and some older 3200ghr.

These DC pumps work only with DC current from solar or can we use it with AC current?
Dc pumps work with the included controller that connects to your regular ac 120 outlet.
Size of motor?
Hi,
Could the pump be used outside the aquarium, but used to flow water into the tank? Would it still be quiet?
Hey! Yes it can if plumbed properly. And yes it is super quiet
Hey, what kind of head height do you get out of this? Could I pump water up 5-6 feet? Need to move liquid uphill :)
Yes, I will work
I’m having a problem with mine the dct6000, I just installed it, it is running a petco stand, needs to be pumped up about 8 ft, it’s not able to do so
Are those Jebao durable?
Hey, yeah so far so good. I upgraded tanks and went for a jebao dc 8000. Works great. The 4000 is still working great.
Why the hell would you use a brass fitting in the first place? That's all on you, not Jebao
Cause I'm stupid. I never said it was jebao's fault. Yes all on me.
Learned the hard way.

@@bigpickles Thanks for your support! Its lessons in life we learn and hopefully, no one will make the same mistake. 😁
A bit misleading with your title. Not cool to make people think the pump is no good when it was all on you.
They got to get views, comments and reactions though 😂
