The Most Glorious Prosecco Sauce EVER!

Learn how to make the best Champagne/Prosecco Sauce
**RECIPE**
400 ml Prosecco, Champagne or any sparkling
1 onion finely diced
Stupid amounts of garlic
20 g butter (lol)
20 g plain flour
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (and or parsley for fish)
250 ml single cream or greek yogurt - or a mixture of both
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp caper (optional)
