    Meditation has saved my life. I’m lucky that my grandma taught me to meditate since I was little.

      @@uniquemeeta1175 the way I have learned starting from sitting, and focus on the breathing. Deep and slow and be conscious of every breathe I took. Later in life , I have learned that you can meditate in any position. Lie down, walk, run, sit it’s all about shutting down the inner dialogue, and be present in the present moment. When the heart and mind are in alignment everything is calm and quiet. All you know is peace , calm, state of stillness , trance. And i can feel the shift of energy flowing through my body. It feels rejuvenating, calm, love , lighter , blissful
