UPDATE : I'm now at 26 crests in the tower of adversity! Managed to just barely get the 2nd star for the heron chamber in 3-4 with calcharo, and get the 3rd star on the aix chamber in 1-4

No pulls mean no pulls in the gacha system, with probabilities and such. If you are guaranteed a character or a weapon, does that mean you are using the gacha system? Does the 5 star weapon selector count as gacha?
@@messierchickenthe character is different than the weapon based on a technicality as they did show it as a banner and you had to PULL on it so yeah, even tho it's guaranteed and whatever, it still is technically a pull and this is Zajeff we are talking about, the guy who uses the word "Technically" a lotttttt. the selectable broadsword from the 4 star weapon selector you can also get without pulling, there is one just sitting at the top of one of the buildings around the inferno rider, but its a def mainstat so kinda bad for calcharo

A silly choice. If you've been playing at all, should be able to get 12-18 stars no struggle.

Same, but for me it's because the game stutters and lags so much I just login to do my dailies and don't bother trying to explore or even progress in quests very much since the game is borderline unplayable. I'm still sticking with the game to see if the 1.1 patch fixes the stuttering issues, so we will see in a few hours if they made the game playable now

Free characters they give are all really good. Every character once invested is really good. Not a difficult game to beat with just the basic characters.

When you first said you were not pulling I thought you were crazy, but it turns out you don't need to pull when MC is actually really good.
don't need to pull, yet. yet. this account will absolutely hit a brick wall eventually. especially lacking refinement on his characters and weapons.
Time will tell for this. Some gacha any character is viable if you invest enough in them, and with a no pull account you are able to heavily invest in all the characters you own. Plus in WuWa you can craft 4 star weapons and you're given a 5 star for free so it isn't too bad.
part of investing enough in them is improving their weapons and getting their wavebands. if he's not wishing the game can and absolutely should leave his team in the dust. I give it till 2.0 or so, could be longer, but i'd be surprised as all hell to see him consistently 30 star after 2.0.
I do predict he will get at least one or more 30 stars with this squad, though, given what he's done so far. I just dont expect that to remain viable.
How is this max rerolled? With that few characters shouldn't your flat buffs all be maxed? Minus weekly boss material levels
I see u don't use your second E after activating your forte.... that'd complete the buffs from emerald of genesis and you'd hit even harder with the ult..... or is it that u don't have her second dup????
Curious why you use lingering tunes on Calcharo? I know Thundering Memphis is annoying with it needing to finish the 5 hits but would the electro set still be better for him?
They're very similar in damage, but lingering tunes is more flexible (i can use the 4 costs and 1 costs on Chixia when I use her without calcharo)
i dont really understand how energy works in this game. What fills Forte bar and what fills concerto energy and what is the energy recharge % for.

sorry if I missed it in the video but do you gain more concerto energy if you detonate Sanhua's constructs one at a time as you tend to do rather than all at once?
No, it's the same amount! However, detonating them one at a time means you're doing more forte heavy attacks, which do each individually generate some concerto, so it can be more overall

To be perfectly honest, im having a lot of struggle with the mechanics of this game, the bosses are quite difficult, and i really want to improve my gameplay. Not to mention that my Rover i feel that is quite weak compared to Zacheff's one. :(
Making characters strong in gacha games takes time, quite a lot of it. Zajef here used all his resources to get as much echos as possible, to get the best echos possible. As he said, his account level is more than 50 now. I think for most of us it's gonna take another 2 months or more to get there, and by that time we'll most likely get echoes of the same quality.
When it comes to how hard bosses are, maybe you can join another person's world to help you with them?
@@Fabelaz I don't know man, i just recently reached Union Level 45 and I started like 5-6 days after released day. If you don't have as much time to farm to echos. Try the 44111 echo set instead of the 43311 echo set, only available for Thunder and Havoc characters.
This is what I did because I have no time to farm 3 cost echos with the right element + element DMG bonus. And if you want to improve your skill issue, try fighting bosses and just parry, dodge and dodge counter only. That way, you will shift all your focus on defence and timing your reaction to respond on each boss moveset.
@@Fabelaz I want to clarify, my biggest issue right know is with the Hologram bosses, because personally I believe that I have more than enough investment to clear those world bosses, but the Hologram bosses, I just have a lot of struggle to parry them and know his mechanics in general. It also doesn't help that the camera just gets so lost trying to focus on the bosses that sometimes, I just don't know how to Dodge and parry properly. That is especially the case on the Ayx. But is mostly because of the skill issue problems that I have.
Yeah, those are rough. The main things you can do is deal more damage (leveling characters, better weapons, good echos, level up skills, food buffs) and learn the fight. Honestly I haven't done more than the first level of them because I hate how much they rely on you doing enough damage.
The good news is that max level for characters is 90. We can still make our characters stronger, and then the hologram bosses will be more forgiving.
There is a channel "Gen Shing" that did hologram boss move set analysis. Check it out, it might help. Good luck :)

@@zajef78so do we still aim for 1:2 then, I.e. 50/200 is equivalent to 50/100 which is acceptable. I know crit is less valuable early game compared to atk and kit-aligned stats, but still 2 of the 5 stats I’m targeting.
This is how the math is supposed to be shown from the beginning. Genshin hiding the base fucked up everyones brain since they did not hide the base for Crit Rate, it's madness.

I was able to get 18 in the tower. I really like this game but I'm really getting annoyed with having no resources. Got 15 characters would be nice to be able to try using them in real combat. Didn't even pull on yinlin's banner and only pull on the weapon banner when it comes to standard too.
just takes time, a few patches. once you've built your base roster you only ever need to build a character or two at a time at most. in like 3 months you'll be working on min maxing various characters and building new ones as they come out. this is the only time you'll have this many unbuilt characters, because it's early game and you're not meant to have them all macked out yet. though as Zajef just showed, it's up to you how to invest in them, or spend asterites. to achieve account power.

Since the pulls are getting stockpiled I believe pulling on the weapon banner might be worth it, you can't use your tides to refresh for stamina anyways.
