@@Airplane_Stuff 90K for a 140 is way too high. I think 50-60 is resonable as long as the time on the engine isn't near 2000 or above it for that matter. For 90K I've seen 235s in that range and certainly 180s. Gotta remember the 140 is like the no frills base model honda civic and the 235 is like the souped up type R variant.
Hangar rent $210/mo. Everything else looks good. Add in a folding bicycle or rental car at most airports we fly to.
