Ang ako guess kay tungod daghan og balay ma-igo inig construct, murag gi scrap nalang nila kay malangan og samot, nga suppose to be 2021 na unta ni mahuman pero unsaon ta man, naa man Pandemic. UNLESS mo supplement ang MPTC og additional construction in the future.
@Paul Nacario you mean the ramp that was supposed to go along the guadalupe river and end somewhere around downtown or Nbacalso? Well it was scrapped all thanks to Tomas Osmena who didn't want the inhabitants of the shanties in Pasil and San Roque "disturbed" during construction. 😌😌😌😌

Tomas Osmena himself requested for a design revision para daw dili ma istorbo ang mga nangatog sa area during the night time. This kind of mentality from our leaders is very third world. The local government should've relocated the affected families instead dili kay ang project maoy mag adjust. Imagine the convenience sa mga mag gikan sa downtown and uptown Cebu city kung nadayun pato nga ramp. Hays 😌😌😌😌
