Do you make sure your children eat a certain amount of protein per day? Trying to figure out a monthly rotational menu that would work for the family that includes lots of protein from food- not so much protein supplement drinks/bars.
I just make sure every meal has a good amount in it for them. And my teens do protein shakes
Are the Just Meats gluten free? I have celiac disease, so gluten free is a must for me!

Please help us new to tracking macros. Could you explain how we figure out what numbers we need as far as macros go? Also what app you use to track yours in? Thanks!! Love watching you!
Fat, carbohydrates, and protein are the main macronutrients. You can find these and Calories (also useful to track as a measure of total energy, but derive directly from the three micronutrients) on the nutrition label.
If you want, you can further subdivide each of the macros, but that can get complicated fast. To start, avoid added sugar and aim for mainly unsaturated fats.

I’m curious as to what led you to the goal of 150+ grams of protein a day? Any specific research or just trial and error, figuring out what works best for you? I know a lot of websites say you only need like .6 - .8 grams per kg of body weight but that’s clearly too low. I’ve definitely become more intentional with my protein intake in recent years, but am still not totally sure how much I should be consuming. I’ve been shooting for 70-80 grams a day, but am wondering if I need to be upping that even more
