MEXT is a prestigious Japanese government scholarship for international students who want to study in Japan. After applications are closed, shortlisted candidates will be contacted to undergo the next stage of the screening process which is the writing of exams. These exams will determine who will proceed to the interview stage. In this video, I am talking about what to expect from the exam plus some tips on how to answer the interview questions(for graduate studies).

thank for the explination, it was very helpful, I liked the background music. I wanna ask u a question on how to choose the right university, I'm appliying for research student, and when the embassy sent me the excel file of universities, I have completely lost, do you have any advice? + I choose my course : public health management.
thanks for the feedback….by the way, on that excel, you should able to choose unis that offer courses in English….if you want some public health unis I suggest you check outSt Luke’s International University, Tsukuba University, Tohoku University or Tokyo Medical & Dental University…DM me on instagram (@harold_maesulia) if you have any problems
Great video! Btw i need a little clarity about something. I'm currently studying in science. So can I apply for the undergrad mext in humanities section? If I can, would it have any negative effect on my application? Thank you
Thanks for your question. I am not sure about that. Perhaps you can ask your local embassy about it.
So I want to apply with my high school diploma but the thing is I studed accounting in high school which mean that I didn't study biology nor any science major except for math and even math was not that hard rock math, so I should forget about it, shouldn't I ?😢
I am afraid but I don't know much about the undergrad courses. I suggest you go and ask the Japanese Embassy at your country for more information about that. I can answer you more clearly if it is a course that can be taken at a Graduate level (masters or PhD). Thanks for commenting by the way.

Sorry. I don't work for MEXT so I can't comment on that. I am just a recipient of the scholarship.

@@danielnwimo2475 most probably. For some countries, they will reply by email and for some they will post the results on the embassy's website....try and find out which means does your country follow.
