Just an idea but what about letting us browse through the 20 presets using the footswitch? Mode 1: Dual mode
Mode 2: Stomp mode
Mode 3: Browse mode
Press to jump to the next preset or press and hold => release to change immediately to the previous preset.
By arranging the presets in a particular order (also consider assigning multiple slots with the same preset) we can make use of multiple sounds during the performance if necessary.
Oh ... and no tuner in browse mode I guess 😅 double tap ... damn
YES! Using the large rotary knob. BINGO. Scroll through ALL 20 colored loaded presets! IK are ya listening :)

@@neurocosm They probably know this, but then they would sell less pedals. I have seen people suggesting you buy multiple TX1 Pedals and use them in sequence for more than 2 patches.

Hi. Thanks for this. I just ordered mine from Thomann today (in stock already). As other have said this capability of manage presets would ideal to have in iOS. I bought the Tonex One to use in small gigs where my Helix floor will be overkill. I know the pedal operates standalone but being able to make modifications by using iPad or iPhone through USB-C will be the killing touch for this device ! One can only wish...
It's also worth noticing that while the Tonex software is in the Librarian tab to manage the Tonex One pedal, it is still processing sound from its input and producing sound from its output, using the last Model or Preset selected in the Home tab. Quite weird.

I have found a way to audition models and presets through the pedal: I select the ASIO Tonex One audio device in the Tonex application, then I set the pedal in Stomp mode and bypass it. The latency can be dropped down to 16 samples and it's very stable.
This way, I'm processing the models on the PC (the pedal is only used as an audio device), but I can audition sounds without having to rewire my guitar AND I keep the pedal in its place (with the pedals I have before / after the Tonex One). The 2 caveats are:
• the dry guitar sound is still emitted by the pedal in bypass mode, and overlaps to the sound I'm auditioning; the level is low enough to be not audible, nor create comb filter effects or other artifacts, but still it's there
• when I want to go back to listening to the pedal, I unbypass it and I also have to silence the Tonex application, either by changing the audio device in the settings, or lowering its output level to minimum.
So, with the latest firmware update auditioning is made possible by turning off Direct Monitoring in the Global Options of the pedal from the Librarian. Thanks.
neat. but on the pedal you need to make a color show or blink when modifying a parameter via the micro knobs when it differs from the saved one.
Could work in latch mode: turning a knob would have no effect until the knob reaches the stored position; at this point, the knob would flash and the value start being changed.
Are you guys gonna release tonex FX other than distortion? Keyboard players need some love too! I would love to have some AI driven chorus CE-1 effects
If you are using the Tonex ap and you make modifications at the Tonex One pedal to the BASS/TREBLE/ETC. do those changes propagate over to the preset that may be stored in a folder or where the preset resides in the 20 presets area?
You need to transfer Tone Models to and from the software, it is a Librarian not a live editor.

You edit the Tone Models in the TONEX software and then transfer them to the pedal.
@@ikmultimedia With my IRIG2 HD I can edit it. How do you transfer to the Tonex One pedal when in librarian? I am working with an amp I selected in TONENET.
Hw can i listen to a preset from the web there is no preview? Is it just a digital try and error system?
If a user uploads a Tone Model and includes a sound preview you'll see a play button icon on the lower right part of the Tone Model card/listing.
I just got a ToneX One and I have been learning all the settings, etc. using the output connected to headphones. It sounds great through the headphones and I thought I would connect the output to the input of my interface. It sounds thin and anemic...so I am guessing either you can't do this or there is a setting you need to change for your interface. Any ideas?

Really excited about this but from a marketing perspective you should really wait until these are ready to ship out before doing the PR blast, press release, youtube videos etc for this or any other product. As a customer it's frustrating to to see all of these great videos for a product that you can't purchase. Again, looks like a great product and really excited about it but I just feel that you did everything on the press side of things way earlier than you should have. Cheers.

I wish to GOD I could find a cheat sheet for the original presets and their corresponding LED color/number position. My computer is giving me fits and I can get it powered up rn.

So Tonex One doesnt come with any free Software??
It comes with TONEX SE and AmplITube 5 SE per the TONEX ONE web page www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tonexone/
