As far as I’m concerned, Quicksilver have nailed that exhaust system, you need the headers / manifolds as well definitely! It sounds lovely, great presence without being annoying & harsh. Your content is banging!

Pointing out manifolds and headers are two separate things. Manifolds takes the exhaust of every cylinder and combines it almost immediately whilst a header keeps the cylinders exhaust separate until right before the car or at the car. Headers are much more efficient and keeps the flow of the exhaust up for the best performance but a manifold can help with sound and some performance. It’s like how a muffler can make a car sound better than straight piped because of the slight restriction and scavenging. Both are good to do just a header is more performance based than a manifold but a manifold is good for gas mileage because it can move air more efficiently at lower loads. I personally like headers but on a car with plenty of horsepower or a car I would rather keep around the same performance I would do a manifold for sure.

Don’t waste your money on the back box !! Bamford Rose is the place as they came from the factory and race Aston’s . You need to change your headers and cats and have the 3way switch added ! Air filters need to be changed and a ECU remap and expect about 485 bhp as mine now is 👍🇬🇧

Hi I have thinking of getting a new exhaust for my AMV8, the stock exhaust (even with fuse out) does not sound anything like this.
When you get the manifolds it would be good to see the ECU remap results 👍👍

Fair play I would love to be in a position to own a vantage, but the finishes like the steering wheel and gear knob seem so budget compared to a Porsche, etc.
But otherwise I'm major jealous!
Do the manifolds/headers. They completely changed the sound and power on my c63amg I gained an extra 45bhp. I dont know how restrictive the astons are but on my 6.3 c63 standard is 475bhp then I got a remap to 525bhp as they are restricted standard, then ontop of that I got the headers/manifold and gained the extra 45bhp on top.
