In the enthralling Blow Out, brilliantly crafted by Brian De Palma, John Travolta gives one of his greatest performances as Jack, a movie sound-effects man who believes he has accidentally recorded a political assassination.

As the neo-noir mystery thriller movie’s advertisement slogan claimed : “Murder has a sound all of its own”. YES, INDEED… And that sound is outright MIND BLOWING‼️
Quentin Tarantino, a staunch fan of fellow director Brian De Palma, called “Blow Out” (1981) De Palma’s finest motion picture. He even cited “Blow Out” as one of his own personal top favorite films he would readily take along to some desert island. If that doesn’t speak volumes, then nothing does, right⁉️ 🎥💎🎥
