@@mushroomhead3619 Curry did not reprise his role in the games. Nigel Thornberry is instead voiced by Jim Meskimen.

To be fair she isn't in that many episodes even though she is a fan favorite. So I guess not a lot of references to work off of. XD I would have preferred a taunt of her hair/ponytail increasing in flame power.

uh dude that would be salt if you don’t know salt is maybe mop duty isn’t just too complicated for you what size are you small
The taunt animations feel off. I think it's partly because the character's mouths don't move properly (or move at all) with the voice lines, but also so many of the animations cut off way too quickly while others go on for a long time. Like a lot of the taunt animations are blink and you miss them, or they have an accompanying voice line but the animation cuts off way before the voice line is finished and that makes it a bit jarring. Many of the taunts were good, but just way too short. They'd have a lot more charm if they just lasted a few more seconds.
Hey smash has some of those problems with taunts so for me I'll excuse them
Yeah, Smash does also have some taunts that feel like they're a little too short or cut off too early and both games have a problem of some characters having really fun/cool/good reference taunts while others have pretty lame and weird taunts that don't really make sense @@memutahar1

@@memutahar1 It's a lot rarer and due to ultimate speeding up the taunts from smash 4 instead of recording more voicelines.

Look, I know Smash Bros. had removed characters, but at least their games were released over 2 years apart and on different consoles.
Being on the same consoles doesn't change the fact that they started from scratch and remade every moveset, and with a significantly smaller budget and team than Smash
I am pretty certain their goal is to probably find the right medium with their game. Thus, it would mean they would need to see how fan reaction is to know how to take what they got further.

So basically, they removed half of the characters from the first game, and just replaced them with different characters in this game.
I’m quite mixed about this.
To be fair this is pretty realistic for a game using licenses like this. Not every game like this is Smash bros where they can afford to pick these characters up each game
Not every game is Smash Bros dude. The whole “everybody is here” concept is not feasible for most devs, especially smaller devs like this one

I don't really like how the characters look alongside the stages, the lighting feels off to me, so this training room is nice
There are very few stages this time around, which probably means they are still figuring out the right balance. That is only my guess though.
