Ren and stimpy or zim wich is stronger?
There’s something hilarious about Korra only mustering enough creativity to say, “Time to use the Avatar State!”
Some of these look really good or are really fun! Others could use some work… some of them seem to be missing sound effects or voice acting (for instance the mad beaver gun explodes but doesn’t make a sound). The big dinosaur guy didn’t have the buildings burning from the start, and some of the animations just look kind of sloppy or floaty.
Imagine not knowing Reptar.

@@FilAnd01 I tried to Google and nothing really came up except that the channel started in 2009. I tried to find what aired. So Sweden didn't get "Rugrats"?
@@TheSattocs It's not that. It's that the cast is all characters that came from Nickelodeon shows. I still find it trippy that Canadians didn't get "Ed, Edd, and Eddy" even though the creator was Canadian himself. I can't find results on what aired on the pan-Scandinavian or the dedicated Swedish Nick channel.
The sound design in the attacks doesn't feel all that impactful.
Yea its really off putting making them less satisfying.
Feels like you just slapped them. Which hey, I guess to some people must really hurt :v

The lack of sound effects for the majority of these really speaks volumes about its quality.
Out of touch Nickelodeon executives and the publisher being Game Mill, there was no doubt that this game would be rushed.
Also add to the fact that Ludosity isn't present in the list of main developers for Brawl 2- looks to be exclusively done by Fair Play this time around.
The sound effects need to be better. But I love the toony nature of the attacks

The animations aren't even THAT bad, it's the voice acting and sound effects that are bringing everything down. Just look at Plankton's laughing animation looking all maniacal and then his voice is like hehehehe

What the heck is with the Angry Beavers' ones? Same voice line despite a different character, and then the sound effects just completely drop out halfway through.
Better idea for Garfield would be mailing the fighter to a demolition site in Abu Dhabi.

the game overall is way more polished than the first but some of these are OMEGA scuffed…. The sound design is just not amazing.
Also Garfield’s being just… lightly kicked by sentient food is so lame. It should have like a cardboard cutout of Odie on the edge of a table plastered to the fighter, Garfield winds up and runs at them and then kicks them into the stratosphere or something.

Some of those doesnt make any sense at all, or just look weird, like the Garfield one.
Garfield's is a reference to the comics where he would often have food hallucinations during a forced diet.
Garfield is not even from nickelodeon
Spongebob, Squidward, Gerald, Grandma Gertie, Reptar, Ren and Stimpy are my favorite ones.
They're the good half
Most of these are pretty well made, but it’s a shame they went the Smash Ultimate route of every super being ”attack that triggers a cut-away cinematic”.
I vastly prefer the Smash Brawl way of doing it, as it had more variety, and not having long cinematic cut-aways made them far less distracting. Less watching and more playing. Sure, you end up with some supers that are far less powerful and useful than others, but I’ll always prefer fun and interesting over balanced. Especially with Install supers like Wario-Man and Giga Bowser.
But I get it; cinematic supers make for great trailer footage, which is why every fighting game nowadays go for them.
I did lol at April doing a Channel Six logo Spirit Bomb though
Also transformation supers were generally overpowered and lasted way too long. Maybe not Giga Bowser or MEGA Lucario, but Wario-Man and the Landmaster especially were too much and kind of an instant win button
@@dillongeorge5866 sure, but like I said, I care way more about fun than game balance. A super being broken doesn’t really bother me if it’s fun.
Besides, you can always tweak the timer for an Install super, the balance of individual moves during it, etc. It’s not inherently overpowered. And it’s way worse the other way around when an Install is underpowered and ostensibly made useless (see: Sol’s Dragon Install in all Guilty Gear games).
While I‘m inclined to agree with the Wario change, the new Bowser change is rad as hell and still requires actual gameplay
@@CrossfacePandaI say they should have both, or at least a way to interchange them. That way casual players like yourself can have fun and the other more competitive players can keep their cinematics
@@indigo_sirgaming Competitive players would disable cinematics if they could across all fighting games, as they take up unnecessary time (especially when you see them over and over again across thousands of matches). The worst thing for a competitive fighting game player is repetitive downtime.
Heck, knowing the competitive Smash scene, they’d probably disable supers entirely if given the choice.
And as an aside, I play fighting games competitively as well (online that is; I don’t attend tournaments), and I love that aspect of them. It’s just not how I like to enjoy Smash Bros

Is it just me or does the voice acting, sound effects and animations feel......off? I swear Spongebob almost sounds AI and there is clearly missing sound affects like when the Beaver’s threw their guns and there was no sound of an impact or even an explosion which I think was the point behind that super attack.
This game feels a bit rushed and not well polished.
This is the pre release version the real deal wont come out till next month

If Mikey Simon is playable in Nick All-Star Brawl 2, i bet his Final Smash is he gonna turned into his superhero role from the Lilymu segments, Kappa Mikey and he goes action
Gonna be brutally honest when I say the majority of these Supers are lacking in quality. Hardly any of the supers give the "oomph" factor as if you really gonna get decimated by April's bomb, Lucy's tornado of bats, or when the Beaver Brothers throw the laser gun at you. The audio of the supers is either too fast for the animation or just all over the place. It also doesn't help that none of the supers have a clean transition when the animation is finished and cuts right back to gameplay in a janky way. There are a few exceptions though, I really love Jimmy's, Ren's, and Zim's supers, since they are the only ones that have actual quality put into it.
I see the effort, I mean I really love Gerald's and Zim's but some of the choices here are weird or could have been done better, for example:
1. Aang, Azula, and Korra: Why show Korra using the 4 element ball and not Aang? Korra's could have easily been her spirit form from the end of season 2. Also why not having Azula's lightning be her Super, that's literally her finishing move in TLA
2. Dab and Norbit: Idk remember Angry Beavers that much but their comic book personas could have been more unique then giving them the same move
3. Jimmy: The same with him too. He could have turned into Hulk Jimmy from the N-Men episode or turn huge with his shrink ray like he did in the climax of his movie
4. Garfield's could have been kicking someone off the table or mailing them to Abu Dhabui like Nermal instead of that lame stuff
5. Gertle should have summoned a bunch of black cats in her catsuit
6. Danny should have done his Ghostly Howl
7. Spongebob should've used his Goofy Goober guitar from the movie

Kinda feels like there was still some rushwork looking at the quality disparity between some supers. Avatar characters seem super affected by it.

I've Remember Spongebob Final Smash Reminds Me of Classic Flashback Episode Boating School (Season 1) & Doing Time (Season 2)
Some of these are really great (Rocko, Gerald, Ren, Reptar) while others are incredibly disappointing (Everyone from Avatar, Jenny, Ember).
I feel like some could have been done much differently such as Jenny using her Proton Cannon, Azula using Lightning or Danny using his Ghostly Wail.
Why cant they have all 4 turtles in one game :(

Rocko's is very weird. It is a reference to only one episode.
Do the Angry beaver have no voice clips? They have Richard Horvits for Zim, they couldn't get him to voice Daggit?
Grandma's is similer to Rocko, a very specific reference.
Gererlds is pretty inspired, using one of his Myths as an attack.
Nigel's is pretty good, though I think the van should have been used somehow.
Zim's is pretty meh. Should have used his voot cruiser somehow.
Ren and Stimpy's is very good and one of the best/funniest bits from the early episodes.
For Zim, I think they should have used the giant water balloon.
