      ​@@user-bp7hz9bt2u About the beginner part: You might wanna start with something shorter, 80 min nonstop exercise is bound to make a beginner sore all over for the next few days. Gradually build up to it.
      As to the obese part: it's already low impact but to be even safer; whenever you see a jogging or rope skipping motion, walk instead. Don't go deep during lunge/squat motions, keep it minimal. Sidestep instead of rollerskate. That way your knee and hip joints won't come under much stress.

    I managed to do full workout 1 hour and 24 mins.

    We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. czcams.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

    I tried this today but could only do 5400 steps cuz i already workout out and walked 9k steps today. I burnt 300 active calories and 361 total calories. Im 59kg 158cm. Might be helpful info for someone 💪🏻💪🏻

      All in all i agree that walking is the best excersise to lose fat because you can stick to it every day

    I slowed down nearing the end of round 2 as I was dying 😅 The moves are easy to follow but takes some time to perfect it. Will be incorporating this workout into my daily routine. ❤

    I did this workout for the first time today!! It’s definitely going to be one I repeat. Though I may do 45 minutes rather than the full 1.5 hours. I really love the simplicity of the movements. My heart rate was up and I wasn’t angry because I couldn’t follow your feet. It’s so frustrating when these workouts try to introduce a weird compound dance move in 10 seconds. I can’t even. 😂

    I did the whole workout...but I muted your music and played ACDC and I did 11788 steps. That band can make me push myself so hard when I exercise, I can't slow down. I was on fire! Then I was still fired up and I did mountain climbers and burpees. I'll back for more tomorrow. This is my sixth day of doing over 13,000 steps a day. Now it's time to walk to the beach that's another 3,000 steps more. Your videos are very good!

    I love these videos. Sometimes I get a little nauseous around 5,000 steps so I take a 5 minute break and finish it out. As a perfectionist who wants to do everything exactly right, I've learned patience with my body and it's stamina. I love the challenge though!😂

    сделала полностью всю тренировку, пропустила минутный отдых, даже усложняла некоторые упражнения и не устала. класс!!
    рост: 165
    вес: 46
    буду делать через день\каждый день, посмотрим, что изменится.
    2 день: снова вся тренировка. сожгла 900 кал, нашагалось 13к шагов = 10км. всё хорошо, но отвеса не было (думаю что это отеки, т.к. суточную норму калорий не превышала + тренировалась много)

    I just cannot imagine this burns 1000 kcal i have done it many times and it was not really challenging but i do like these kind of Workouts when i dont want to work out or i have knee Pain

    Thanks alot for this its easy for mother of two small kids no soreness no body pain I am doing it regularly from last five days with OMAD weight loss is not ocurr but I feel lighter and healthy cravings are gone Iam 5.2 feet and 83 lbs I will update after a month but can anyone tell me how much weight loss possible by doing this workout regularly for 1 month

    Можно сожалеть лишь об одном: три года назад не посмотрела это видео, не интересовалась подобной ходьбой. Да, не придерживаюсь диеты и правил питания - не получается (( , но эти шаги и в таком исполнении - сокровище. Довольна: работают руки (особенно важно для меня и непонятного вопроса с одной руки, которая пару лет назад потеряла силу и не могла держать чашку. Восстановливала неделю и более, с потом различные массажи в поликлинике. Вроде , нормально. Но болит до сих пор и делаю упражнения до сих пор), работают ноги и всё под хорошую ритмичную музыку. Можно радоваться тому, что я всё- таки перешла по рекомендации CZcams и повторила за Яной ходьбу. Спасибо. Всё по- честному: все 10000 шагов и всё красиво. Работает всё тело. Да , нелегко😅, но абсолютно возможно и с удовольствием.

    What a great work out! I’m drenched in sweat, had to lay down for a minute after it was done lol, but now ready to start the day and feeling amazing!

      Oh, and not that I was focused on the calorie burn but I hit 600 & hit about 6 miles per my Apple Watch workout - indoor walking.

    i'm around 80kg and doing this workout is A great start for me as most of the exercises were quite difficult and i love how your exercises are easy and can be counted! I'm still struggling to lift up my legs though
    For now i stopped at (21:04) i'm hoping to reach 40 minutes tmrw! Fighting!!!!!

      @@nidhamary467 late yet I hope this gives a rough idea..
      Each person has a different body type so the calorie u burn depends on ur weight and height.. people on the heavier side tend to burn more calories... Yet if a fit person does this workout becoz he has more muscles wld even burn a lot of calories... Focus on building muscles than losing weight, muscles burn more calories than fat. You can cal it with a fitness watch
