Thanks for this short look back at Mystery Girl (and her mystery friend). That indeed cheers you up and the beautiful "Temma Harbour" sung by Mary is adding the cherry on top. Such an uplifting song, I always liked it. We need these moments of beauty and peace.

Kenneth, she has been identified by others. In fact, iirc, she was on a tv program or two during that time. I can't remember the specifics but yes, she definitely catches the eye.

Like you, I agree that she could have been her sister. They do resemble each other quite a bit. And as observed, it looks like they may have exchanged clothes on occasion.
