Hey Steve. I know you are British because of the reference to the TARDIS, right? I know Dr. Who was huge there. I've never watched it, since I'm in the States. I'm sure it's available now for anyone though. Wouldn't a time machine be just the greatest invention ever in the history of man. It would. I'd love to be put back in a 'Groundhog Day' situation as you mentioned. :)

Mark, about 6 months ago, one subscriber offered money to her to be interviewed. $500 USD, iirc. I penned the post on several MG vids. Since she has not responded to us nor have any who knew her updated us, I fear the negative. I just hope she is still around and doing ok.

I am 70 and I just thought that with all this internet stuff , people finding old friends and family ,that it would be fun to locate her , out of curiosity and locate this now Famous Mystery Girl ! Let's try another way of Locating her or info about her by this method ! Surely these Regular Dancers on these shows were kept track of by Signing with the shows , so somebody put this idea together ! Promote that there is a DANCERS REUNION PARTY to be Held Somewhere ! Maybe at the Studio of the Show ! I will bet you many will attend , maybe even MG ! And through that Reunion answers to MGs information will be known by her friends she made from those Show Days about her now ! Plus it would just be fun ! In fact invite anybody that was with the show ,the more people the better the chances of finding out of MG Girl ! Get the word out in advance !

@@markeast9221 Hey Mark. We are neighbors; I'm in Florida too. I'm in the Panhandle. In the few years that I've learned about TOTP in the UK, I've found that very, very few people have indicated they were there at the BBC tapings. And the BBC would not release any info on who were audience dancers, a matter of privacy. I've attempted a few communications with entities but no response whatsoever. So, I gave up that ghost. There's only been one or two audience members who pointed out who they were and which clip to see them. Everybody seems to be so quiet about their time on the show and just don't care to be spotlighted as you suggest, or they simply have let the years pass them by and have no interest in nostalgia. I'm a very nostalgic person, as you can guess, but the majority of people, imo, are not. People live for today and today only. It's folks like me, a baby boomer, who relish visiting the past. The generations of X, Millennials, and Z as a whole, again imo, are just not into their past. The analytics of my channel reflects that over 80% of my viewers are from 54 years of age or older. The majority of younger people seem not to be that interested. Your suggestion is well taken and has been mentioned before but it never got off the ground. Even the boomers who were part of the BBC and TOTP program seem to just ignore it now. Sad. I do thank you for your keen interest, and the subscribers of my channel know where you are coming from. tp

There are about 4 other people who noticed her as well. lol. Actually, a few hundred thousand noticed her right off. She is quite the mover and quite a pretty lady.

Apparently, very few of the 'audience dancers' or audience members themselves lasted beyond a few episodes, at least from what I could tell. Skip two months of shows and hardly anyone could be found before or after.

I would hope she got excited. I know I would. But unfortunately, she hasn't come forward and identified herself. As far as I know she is alive and well and that was from two reliable sources 2 years ago. We all want our privacy in some respect, and I can appreciate her wanting hers. We can only wait and see what unfolds in the future. But boy, doesn't she have a following!

Of the 'Original 6 of PP', Dee Dee and Babs are still with us. Cherry, who became a member of the next troupe and along with Sue shortly after are still around. Others are still with us as well with slightly different lineups and then members are still living that were in Ruby Flipper and Legs & Co.

I'd have been one proud guy too, for sure.

I'm the age of those in the video so I speak from 'been there, done that' school of experience. There were 'healthy' girls back then, but truthfully, not as many as what you see now. There is truth in your premise.

@@paolobenmore3504 I agree with that as well. I think we all know that today's generation is a little more 'healthy' than 50 years ago. At least that's how it appears to me in looking back and comparing to now.

Now that I think about it, no, I've never seen or heard them do a duet of the song. It is a true masterpiece of song and voice.

Thank you, Steve. We still struggle to accept. Our routines have changed, our times shared together with Dublin, our simply enjoying each other together with Dublin has really created a void right now. This has affected me more than I want but at my age, I know I depend on simple things in life. Having a loving pet and returning that love is something I probably took too much for granted when younger. But I do thank you for your thoughts, Steve. We'll manage.

The heat and humidity here is brutal, Steve. Not a place for soft people and if you work outside, you best be prepared for at least 3-4 baths/day.

@@johndean4765 I'd chalk it up to guys being guys, if that were true ...for better or worse. The one reason many still exist is due to a person with the BBC who did just that ... take them with him, but his purpose was to preserve them.

I know where you are coming from, Lynn. I made sure I could watch it. I bought my first VCR in '79, and that was glorious so I could record the shows and rewatch them at my pleasure.
