Damn. I remember when I loved my civic this much. Unfortunately not the case now. Now I have a car that pops out of second gear when taking a turn and idles like a 95 civic with 200k on it. My si is slowing turning into my old wrx again. A p.o.s. Good thing I never went big turbo or flex fuel or id really have screwed myself. I stopped going to shows now because people talk shit about my car being stock and how slow it is now since i took off all my bolt ons to have the car diaged at the dealer. The dealer even try to charge me $180 for looking at the car even though it's still under warranty and they still found nothing. I've been back 3 times for the same issue and they never find anything. Your car sounds awesome with the two step bro and that exhaust.

I had the same problem with my 19 SI than i built the shifter with all the Acuity Instruments and it completely stoped popping out of second also replace ur shifter cable bushings it helps so much!
@@liveinfear707 I have the hybrid racing full shifter assembly as well as the bushings. It drives me nuts

Damn! How’d you get your 2 step to sound like that. I got the catless downpipe and front pipe from PRL and ark performance exhaust and the 2 step doesn’t sound as good as this! Keep it up man the si is coming along real good!

My 2-step set up is at 5K rpms, but yes depending on multiple other factors will justify the sound of your 2-step. Tuning is one of them.

Anyway you could get me the Make & dimensions of the wheels on that silver Si with the Garrett 28R turbo? I thought they looked pretty tight.
Wheel specs are 18x9.5 +45 , lowered on D2 Racing Springs with 265/35 Tire. No rubs aside from bending the front tabs to avoid any rubs.

same boat. got a cvt cause I thought it was more convenient. Then I fell in love with the platform.
I make 220hp out of my 2019 hatchback sport touring and that is the max I can do to keep torque levels safe for the CVT
As an Si owner and save the manual enthusiast, please trade in your car for a manual if possible. The accord manual is now dead, I don't want to see the same happen to the civic!
Malaquias Soatikee it’s heavily modified I’d be losing over $7000 to return it to stock and off the trade in value. It wouldn’t be a wise decision for me to do so. I’m planning on keeping the car for a long time so in the future I’ll manual swap it which should cost about the same

too bad it has oil dilution
Just need to go thicker oil, the thin oil they put in the car is too thin which is creating that dilution issue. Go with 5w-20 instead of 0w-20.
California is such a shitty place to live in if you’re a car enthusiast or just general living. That sucks that has to go back to stock for a bit
