Are you disconnecting the battery before?

I personally don't, but it would be desirable according to the regulations
it is important that the contact is not given, and the ignition key is outside. But for your safety, disconnect the battery

Do u know if all F10 are same fitting? I have 2015 SE getting sports version seats from 2011 would it be straight swap?

@@bizi786 From what I have read, depending on the options that the seat donor car, and your car have, you may well require some option coding (either adding or deleting).
