What size drill bit did you use to drill the rivets out? About to do this at the weekend so don't want to drill too big, but enough to get rid of the old rivet!!
I changed them on my F10 they were nice & solid no play at all, i used after market plates not original but a day later it broke again. Would you say its seats that lose support on sides or plates or perhaps rivets not strong enough 😢 please help

It's kind of a bad design to begin with depending on how you enter the vehicle as well. Mine is still on.
