WORST DAY EVER To Explore West Cameroon

- THIS WAS CHALLENGING to say the ;east. We literally got the worst weather ever to explore Petpenoun in West Cameroon but trust us when we say that NOTHING can stop us from adventure!
For the second part of our Western Cameroon trip, our friends from The Gourmet Discovery are taking us to around Petpenoun area to explore crater lakes, a remote Cameroonian village which had the most beautiful cows ever before a little road trip back to Bafoussam and visit our Cameroonian Mama once again who cooked us some authentic Cameroonian food.

As you saw, we stayed at Le Domaine de Petpenoun, a very nice resort by a lake and I am pretty confident when saying that is doesn't get much better then that in this region of Cameroon.

The countryside is my favorite part of Cameroon/Africa. People are genuinely nice especially the "African Mamas". They are less affluent than many but they have a big heart we can all learn from.

For some reason, I love rain, also love the landscape and all that green. but it stopped raining here in Nairobi, good luck out there.

It is clear Cameroon doesn't have tourist infrastructure like Kenya. I hope the old man leading the country since time memorial leaves power for good. I know this is not a political video but, I believe the tourism infrastructure is important for any country that has tourism potential. Thank you, sir and ma'am.
Cameroon would definitely benefit from tourism. So much to see and do there.
Paul Biya who is 90 years old and has been in power for 41 years straight and spends 90% of his time in Paris, France! So sad, a country so fertile and green with huge potential and lacks in basic infrastructure let alone tourism infrastructure. As much as this is a travel, family and non political channel, we can't miss to notice the contrasts. Hopefully, things will turn out for the better sooner than later.

From the West where you guys are to the North west of Cameroon which is the English part is really really close . If not for the Dangerous nature of that Area you guys would have also enjoyed the English part of the Country , the rich culture and even Spectates, some ceremonies, and masquerade, especially in The Nso Land . But unfortunately, even me who is from there cant even attempt to go there during these Crisis . I hope you guys visit in the near futur when it becomes Safe and stable
