Honestly this would be a welcome improvement on current UK politics, at least for me.
i mean monarchy is when a monarch serves his/her nobles (or specifically landowner nobles in this case) to stay on power, not the common people.
it was great times when kings and queens served the common men too, but more often, they just didn't care for literally any of their peasants, dont even get me started on serfs.
monarchism IS a dictature, and it serves the nobles much more, then democraticism serves corporations nowadays. (really layman's term but i hope you get me)
They still don't give one flying fuck about the low class, or the even mid class, but they have to hide it by showing it otherwise, because voting is a thing, and terms don't last, and the people still have power by revolting passively or actively.
there are so many low class citizens in each country nowadays (also the Internet became a thing) that information would pass around quite fast about corruption of power.

That is why, for the most part, " adults " are just kids who are waiting for a person to dominate them and tell them what to do in place of beeing real adults politically. Until this day, so many dudes are still thinking that Churchill was a great democrat despite the fact that this jackass murdered millions of people all around the world for UK imperialism needs (in Africa, India, middle East ... ), our " heroes " didn"t care a single second about us.
