Thanks for making this, although as a new sewer I was still confused. My MIL had to help me alot and unfortunately this pattern comes with really bad instructions. It was also almost too small on me, I had to place the buttons right on the edge and thankfully had stretch fabric.
I’ve just cut out this dress, so this was really useful. I like what you did at the sleeve head - putting tucks to fit the sleeve. What I couldn’t see was, how you finished off the pocket seams - where the two pocket bags are sewn together. I couldn’t work out how you could overlock them, once they were attached to the dress - would be very interested to know what you did. Thank you.
