Wednesday 7 PM Mountain Time
EQUIPMENT : you will want a resistance band, and 3 sets of weights. Light medium and heavy.
Light : 1-5 pounds
Medium: 5-10 pounds
Heavy: 10-15 pounds

Saturday 9:30 AM Mountain Time (10:30 Central)
