Dedication and hard work. Strong young girls and women. Their careers are short but their bodies reach the absolute limits of human potential.
When I watch Sasha practice, tears roll down my face. I have never seen a more flexible, beautiful, and athletically fit young woman. A nice Russian lady sent a CZcams message to myself. It mentioned that Alexandra Soldatova is a very modest person. She is also very soft spoken. Sasha is the epitome of perfection.
I love Aleksandra soldatova, she's beautiful, confident, I'm a rythmic gymnast and I really wish I was like her and that flexible and tall , I love that she's always focused and that in her competitions she always has a smile on her face. She's so great a all those really hard risks and so on. I find her a huge inspiration. Thank you ❤️

All i can say watching things like this from being a dancer for many years is theyre gonna feel it when they get older lol

Chickens Don't Surf stretching is great, over stretching is what rhythmic gymnasts do to be as flexible as they are. Some can’t even have children when they are older because they stretched and pushed their body to such lengths.
By far this is the best one..

well, she has makeup on...you can see foundation, mascara, rouche and even the eyebrows are lined....but you are right with natural look she looks perfect, but you can not walk around the streets with theatre-makeup (they do this on stage so you can see their eyes and lips even from the last row of seats)....I think many girls are confused about it and believe they have to use the theatre look even on the streets....

Aleksandra should pursue modelling after she retires. She’ll still be young.
Sasha can also go to the Bolshoi Ballet, and receive free training, because she is a Russian citizen. Alexsandra Soldatova is so flexible. That is why I know she could be a wonderful Ballerina, after she retires from Rythmic Gymnastics. Sasha is the epitome of physical perfection. I will always admire her. Michael Silverman she would be too old to train in the bolshoi academy, you have to start your professional ballet training at the age of ~10.
and the graduates of the bolshoi academy are around 18 years old. sasha is 21.

Michael David Silverman she‘s at an age where ballet dancers have already graduated and spent 8+ years training ballet on a professional level. sasha (as far as i know) has never done real ballet classes apart from ballet exercises which are adapted into rhythmic gymnastics.
ballet =/= rhythmic gymnastics. just because someone is flexible, doesn‘t mean this person has talent in ballet. i don‘t say that sasha doesn‘t have, maybe she does but it‘s just impossible to her to attend a professional ballet academy. but she can of course dance ballet as a hobby!
@@2021kyoto Sasha is not known for her artistry in the sport so I don't see her being a god ballerina.

I know a ballerina who broke her entire instep over stretching feet like that. Ended her dancing career at 16. Nobody ever yells about the crippling effects of extreme sports from an early age.
