I'm a rhythmic gymnast and I can relate to many of these situations. When you fall out of a turn; when your apparatus hits you; when you drop a mastery or risk, but all these things make us better and stronger. This video means a lot to me because I think this is one of the most unknown and underrated sports in the world, in fact, some people can't even believe that this sport is part of the olympics. Thank you for your efforts to make this a more known sport ❤
I totally agree because I’m a rhythmic gymnast and I get very angry at my self when I drop the apparatus or the apparatus hit me. I just hope one day I’ll make it to the national team and go to the Olympics.🤞
i hope you can answer me but i am 14 yearq old i am not very flexible but ya i can do the splits i also did 4+ years of artistic gymnastics and now i really want to do rhythmic gymnastics do you think i should continue or im i too old to learn now
These are the Russian girls, the best in the world along with Ukraine. My daughter was 15th in the USA a couple of years ago. Crazy discipline needed for this sport.

I'm a group gymnast ((I've trained now for over 7 years)) and I broke my toe so now I think my training days are over thanks to my toe :)
