2:45 was during Heroes, it's a tv show and IU was really young, it wasn't that long since she debuted when she joined the song so her English wasn't that good but she has improved drastically now she can hold conversations in English better and with more confidence :D
3:42 she has a song called Good Day, it's a very famous song by IU known for her 3 high notes which she doesn't do much anymore because it's taking a toll in her vocals. You should check it out, one of her early days music :)
5:38 that's G-dragon of Big Bang (Real name is Kwon Jiyong). He was featured in IU's Palette song which is the title track for her 2017 album Palette. Another song to check out. The song talks about her being 25 year old.

You’ll find only few variety show appearances from her especially in recent years. Early in her career she appeared a lot more but now it is super rare for her to go on shows unless the one inviting her is a friend of hers. Like what others said, IU TVs are great if you want to know more about her.
