Nice D17s! I love the sound of the 226. I rebuilt the one in my WD45 with every NOS Allis part I could find. 7.25 D17 pistons, governor spring, drilled and tapped block for D17 oil filter mount and bought a factory Nelson muffler for it. Sounds great!
I learned to drive on a wd45 and just put new tires on it this year. I am teaching myself to plow and disc with a D17 series 4 these days up by Grand Rapids on my late great uncle's old farm. I have a WD that I would be willing to sell if you are interested. It needs tires and maybe rear rims, engine was rebuilt in the 80's and is still loose as of the other year

I have dual rims for that. The tires were junk so took them off
