They dont eat these or street food daily....They legit cook a full meal with like 10 side dishes, but theyre all a well balanced meal. It's still buttery and super fluffy. I've tried it and made it myself. The waffle iron+ sugar made the outside crispier and the trapped steam puffed it up nice. It's a whole different experience. My aunt's bakeshop started selling these and it sold faster than regular croissants. Sometimes change is better. But, I still love classic croissants, know my roots and all.

it doesnt look really yummy, 1- The croissant dough firstly is made for waste, people spend hours making the croissant for the flaky texture inside, they simply smashed it and lost the work in vein, and in became a regular butter dough like any as if they didn't to the flipping and cooling for 3-4 times in row. 2- the dough was rubbery, sticky and shiny, meaning they added way too much butter. 3- they covered it in sugar and toasted it in a waffle make, which is fine i guess, but then adding a salted processed cheese... that was odd, I guess sweet stuff with salty cheese is a thing there, they even topped it with powdered sugar and parmesan cheese. I feel they had the vision but executed poorly.

The croffle that you think is weird came from Irish not Korea. Blame Irish if you have beef with this food. Do some research lol it makes you look dumb as hell.

@@mims5199 I don't have beef with any food, (that'd weird), so you can keep your aggressivity to yourself. And before calling people dumb, do some research of your own, because "Irish" is not a country.
