    Louis!! Great channel dude🤟🏻…. Quick question what will happen if you invest in the property but it doesn’t reach the target by due date?

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před 2 lety +3

      Hey Divan, thanks for the feedback.
      When it doesn't reach the funding target by due date all your money invested will be returned to your Account within 2 (two) Business Days from the Closing Date of the IPO. They also have the option too extend the closing date.
      Because of the limited properties available they usually get funded quite quickly👊🏻

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před 7 měsíci

      Thanks for sharing. They have done okay. The dividends arent ro great but the properties have appreciated on paper. I believe that after the 5 year term, you will make around 15% on average without dividends

      I am not sure, but I feel that it should be possible in some way. Your best bet would be to reach out to the support team and log a ticket. They should be able to answer your question. Hopefully, there is some sort of way for you to invest.

    What happens if a property is partially funded and never makes its to being funded completely. What does easy Equities do?

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před 2 lety +1

      Good question kavithan, there is two options. If it's really close to being funded 100% they might extend the expiry date to see if they can reach the target. If they see that they won't reach the target they will cancel the listing and refund your full amount within a few weeks.

    Will you receive that 9 percent every quarter or when will you receive it?

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před 2 lety

      Yes, you will be paid every quarter. This is your IRR( internal rate of return) not the dividend yield. The first year of your investment you won't receive a dividend because they need to find tenants and finalize the purchase of the physical property. Is there a certain number of properties you should invest in to be profitable? I have invested in 7 properties on easyproperties so far. I'm not sure if should just keep investing more in these current properties or add more properties.

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před rokem +1

      Well done for investing in so many. You should be profitable and get a return within the first year from all 7 properties. I would think of diversifying into stocks instead of putting everything into the easy properties. 7 sounds like a pretty good number.

      If one can buy at these prices theres alot of money to be made. The auction process is great for buyers but not so much for sellers

    Don't ever invest your money with easy properties of on the property for the past year it's still not eligible for option a friend of mine told me that he has owned the property for the past two years which has not been eligible for auction never mind the fact that the property that I own the Monroe have not earned dividends for please do reach out to me so I can share my evidence

    I invested some money on easy properties around august 2021. the money has not grown, there has been zero income and what frustrates the most is that i cannot sell those shares when i want to invest on a more sensible and "easy" asset like stocks. easy equities is not a good platform at all

    • @louisreynhardt
      @louisreynhardt  Před 2 lety +5

      Thank you for your comment. I Understand your frustration, but easy properties is not like trading normal shares so you can't sell them at any time. There is however a auction of the properties where you get the opertunity to sell the shares again if you wish to Easy properties investment term should be for +-4 years to get a good return. You won't be gauranteed a return in the first year beavuse the property you invested in might not be fully developed yet. They need to place tenants and recieve income for a year before they pay the investor(You) You've been invested for around 5 months which wont produce any returns. Remember, investing in easy properties like real property is a long term game and you should be patient. It is not a get rich quick scheme. The same with buying shares, if you plan to stay invested for a few months only you might get burned. I will advise you to stay put with your investment and be patient. Read up alot before investing in assets. Its always good to get the right knowledge before investing. I hope that helps and that you can stay on track to reach your goals
