Ill take you through everything you need to know about it, including the adjustments. Also thank you guys so much for the 1000 subs, your support has been awesome and the channel is here because of all of you.

Good review, just bought the Leap but really liked the Gesture. Buyers remorse bought me here
This video helped answer some questions others had not, such as whether it was comfortable reclining (console style) or not. Thanks!
Awesome! Glad it helped :)
This is the best review I've seen of the Gester, so thank you, and congratulations for your excellent work! 💯
I just pulled the trigger on one without the lumbar support nor the headrest. I haven't tried it, and I look forward to tasting it as soon as I receive it. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
Congrats! You really deserve so much more. High-quality reviews are just what a lot of people need! Cant wait to see you grow so much bigger!

Supra! Thanks so much, appreciate your support bro :)
👍👍👍
great👍
Thanks!
Hi, does the armrest not lock-in bothers you? Specially when getting up, like do they slip to sides and feels not supporting in that manner?
👍
Cool! Subbed BTW. Did you keep your gaming aeron? I'm really considering one, my Mirra 2 isn't working out for me
Thanks for you support! Actually I couldn’t keep the Gaming Aeron. My final chair right now after the move is the black/white revised version of the gaming Embody. I tried the Mirra 2 for a couple of weeks once, and I think the Aeron is very similar to it, so if you didn’t like the Mirra then maybe go for a foam chair like Embody, Sayl, or Gesture/Leap. Hope this helps :)
Great review! What made you prefer the Embody over the Gesture in the end?
tossing up between these two
It’s definitely a toss up. I moved away to a different city and decided to get the embody again, but these two are both great. (Still have the Gesture with a friend)
when you pressed on that seat cushion it looked poor quality
Nice video. Please what is chair's configuration in terms of frame and fabric colors?
It was the black/silver mix Frame, with the Era onyx fabric
@@MoeTechReviews Thanks!
Moe. Do you think the lumbar pad is necessary on the Gesture?
No not really the lumbar on it is pretty aggressive already
i like chair
if you compare this chair vs the HM Embody... what would you say??
Both excellent chairs. Gesture has more aggressive lumbar, and more adjustable arms, while Embody is flexible and has a bigger seat
How does it compare to the Aeron and Embody?
It is similar in build quality, but the feel and support is more reminiscent of a traditional office chair. While the Aeron and Embody both have a more unique feel and features like the skeleton support on the Embody or the Pellicle mesh on the Aeron
Can you do a comparison between the Logitech Embody/Gaming Aeron and the Steelcase Gesture/Leap?
I do have a Logitech embody vs gaming Aeron on my channel you can check that out :)
@@MoeTechReviews Would you consider doing an Embody vs Gesture video in the future? Your reviews were very insightful for both and I’d really like to see a comparison on how hot the seats get vs an Aeron, and how they compare with armrests (adjustability, whether they bump into the desk, if they’re forward enough, texture firmness, comfort).
Yea I do have a comparison video between the Aeron and the Gesture in the plans, I could also add in the embody to it
Got the Embody and Sayl both in gaming editions for 2 weeks. For me, they are both uncomfortable for working/gaming over extended periods of hours. Really would appreciate a comparison with the Steelcase.
Compared to the Logitech embody, which one do people like more
Good question. I’d say Herman Miller is more popular
A little late to your reply I know, but I had a Logitech Embody and decided to return it. Overall it was a great chair, but I could feel the back support sticking into my back a little and I found that uncomfortable. The lack of forward and backward movement on the armrests was also a negative for me.
@@C64TV lol yeah I pulled the trigger and got the logitech embody. The arm rests do suck to some extent but they're still fine. Would I prefer the haeworth ferns arms? Yes, or really any other arm rest from a high end chair would be better I'm sure. Seat is amazing, I do get some tailbone pain if I sit too long or too long in an improper position but I think that would happen on any chair. Back rest for me at least has been very good, I agree it could be better still and I did get stabbed in the back by the plastic parts for the first few weeks but now I don't feel those anymore perhaps because my backs been either correcting itself posturally or it stopped being a lil bitch lol
@Le Justicier du Net atlas is making one for the embody which I will be getting lol. I do miss the headrest but I think it'll vary by a case by case situation. For me I didn't always miss it, but it's always better to have one.
@@lofasz3328 I have a Fern, digital knit without a head rest. The arms are bitter-sweet. Super adjustable, but in their highest position, they're more forward than I'd like. The arm rests are very solid, but they move easily when lifting myself on the arm rests. I haven't used an Embody, but I do think I'd prefer the ferns arms.
I have this chair with the headrest.
Imo it's overpriced. The headrest pushes ur head forward and is not flexible. Very uncomfortable.
I returned it.
Is the color of your chair Licorice or Graphite?
It’s Era Onyx
@@MoeTechReviews Should have gotten the cognent connect fabric much more breathable so doesn't get as hot.
Is this help for back pain like especially scoliosis pain
I would look at an embody, fiddle with the adjustments for a while to see what conforms to your back the best. I could also see a fern or aeron being good for scoliosis, depending on how much movement you want in your chair, and your back's natural curvature.
I'm torn between the Mirra 2 (my top pick), Aeron, Leap v2 and Gesture. The biggest issue I have is that the Steelcase dealer nearest to me doesn't open on weekends, this makes it really difficult for me to find a suitable time to visit them and try out the Leap v2 and Gesture chairs. Whereas, there is one really great Herman Miller dealer that allows for free returns upon trying any of their chairs.
No longer considering Steelcase chairs, ever since I found out they reduced their warranty from 12 to 5 years for all non-business customers outside of North America.
I have tried all 4, HM at work and Steelcase in showroom. Aeron and Mira are way different chair from Leap and Gesture. Aeron and Mira will force you into one position pretty much, straight up. they are good for office imo where you want people to just sit straight up and want the seat and back (mesh) to last for years with many different people using it. If you want something for home which allows for bit more flexibility in seating position like sitting cross legged etc then go for steelcase. I am also not a fan of the mesh. I love the armrest on gesture, you can pull it out in front, rest your elbows there and use a phone or tablet with a great posture. However the rocking motion on HM is second to none. I wish Gesture has a smooth rocking motion instead of allowing you to stop at any position using friction. I'm leaning towards Gesture or HM Embody, will get one of these this week.
It does have recline locks.. i think
how tall are you?
6’5
Perfect, I'm 6ft 5" you look like you fit that chair well, I'll order it and pray! 😂
