    I tried the egg diet! and it worked pretty well.
    as an egg lover, I really enjoyed this diet and it wasn't struggling at all.
    nevertheless, it is NOT a long-term diet cuz eating too many eggs will high up your cholesterol level and also it's not good for your health eating always the same thing.
    in my opinion, this kind of strict and fast diet, is good for the people who wants to have a boost at the beginning of a serious and balanced diet, maybe this way you can obtain some kind of motivation to keep being more healthy.
    after trying this diet I would say that 7 days is the maximum, the limit! DO NOT exceed this amount of days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! clear? crystal clear!!!!!
    we are all beautiful as how we are! no need to have diet just to fit the unhealthy standards set in the social medias. if you really feel bad in your body, then in this case the best thing is to consult a dietician and start a path followed by professional people! health is always in the first place! xoxo

    Hi guys! I’m going to do this for 4 days but I’m going to change the diet plan a little bit.
    Breakfast:3 eggs + Green tea
    Lunch:3 eggs + Apple + green tea
    Dinner:chicken with rice + green tea with intermittent fasting
    Before weight:130.0
    Day 1:✅ It was pretty easy,I just hope I don’t get tired of eating eggs
    Day 2:✅ It was easy,my favorite part is dinner 😍
    Day 3:✅
    Day 4:✅
    Final weight:127.6
    Lost almost 3 pounds!
    Let’s see how it goes!

    I lost 4kg by just eating eggs for a week , but trust me , you’ll get tired of it . After that week I start eating normally and I gained back 8 kg 🥲 so my best advice is DONT EAT EGGS ONLY

      The 4kg lost would have mostly been water weight as the diet is extremely low carb and puts you into ketosis. If it helps, half the 8kg was probs water weight too :')

      You are right, currently I am eating my maintanance calories and try to walk 10 k steps but thats it. I dont ever cut calories. And never gained them back it takes too long to lose though 😢 it has been 2 months and only lost 2 kgs

      eggs for a week than cucumbers the next than cereal.with milk the next week. Change it up as ur body will still lose weight but with many different diets at once!!!
      Do.egg diet one week
      Cucumber diet next week
      Cereal.diet third week
      And so on!!

      so it's best to do eat eggs, but eat tghem with slices of bread and cucumbers and tomatoes. just eggs is simply not enough.

      My boyfriend thinks I'm gross cause I love my eggs super runny. I only boil them for 5-6 minutes and when they come out the yolk is still almost raw but the whites are cooked. So yummy!

    i did this before and it worked really well and now im doing it again
    day 1: i had 2 boiled eggs and an orange to breakfast and had a salad for lunch but then i had ice cream at night
    day 2: i had 2 boiled eggs and an orange for breakfast and for lunch i had oats with a banana and green tea (i didnt measure myself but i can still see a little diffrences)

    I'll try this diet and will update:
    (current weight 51.20kg)
    day 1: 2 eggs, 1 banana
    (BREAKFAST)
    Banana milkshake (LUNCH)
    (without sugar and anything)
    dinner: 1 boiled egg and a medium banana
    (I couldn't eat 2 or 3 because I'm on my periods and I rarely has appetite)

      If you eat in a caloric surplus yes. That's why if you want to permanently lose weight you need to make changes in your diet you can stick to forever. This diet is for short term

      Not for a long time since you are eating too little so it can hurt your metabolism. I heard of a lady that did it for 40 days and was cured of PCOs. Be careful not all bodies are the same.

      Eggs are actually really nutritious. Ppl who eat a lot of eggs actually live longer. Think about it this way, an egg has all the nutrients to actually create a new life. Oxygen can pass through its shell and co2 is released. I’m history there are actually ppl that survived on only eating eggs cause that’s all they had and lived very long. It is ideal that we eat a lot of other foods so we can get all the nutrients but I know someone that ate eggs for 3 weeks and got glowing skin. I won’t recommend for more than a month

      I did that, but I made sure I had all 3 meals over the day. Make sure to not skip any of the meals as it’s already a small amount of food.

    Mono diets are effective but they’re also really unhealthy. Your body should be getting other nutrients and eating so many eggs may lead to your cholesterol going up. Don’t forget to nourish yourself properly and eat enough fiber >/3

      Try calculating your calories, calc your weight×12, this will give you the amount of kcal u need a day to maintain your current weight, if you go by kg, then calc it using google kg-->lbs/pounds then multiply it by 12

      If you want to lose weight you dec kcal from the total you got, ex if u wanna lose 1 pound/0.45 grams per week subtract 500 kcal
      If 2 pounds/0.90 grams per week then 1000, from 1200 to 1600 are good, just don't go below 1200 bc it'll cause u some trouble

      ​@@mennamohammed1343 this maintenance calculation formula does not calculate maintenance at all but rather basically calculates your basal metabolic rate/bare minimum. your TDEE is going to vary drastically depending on activity level. any exercise you do is going to be burning plenty more calories than that. i'm 100somethinglbs as of right now (at 5"1) and the calculation this would produce would say i would maintain my weight on 1,200 calories. no i don't, i need 1,900-2,100 to maintain my weight from the math i've done over time of which is fairly accurate, possibly 2,100-2,300. (i am a teenager and fairly active)
      that'd make this way off
      (i am not trying to lose weight, this was just in my recommendeds because i was watching an amberlynn reid video and i went "huh")|
      the "don't go below 1,200" thing is also a myth for the most part albeit you shouldn't go under it regardless because for most people something like 1,200 is remarkably unsustainable to begin with, a bunch of weight loss programs set that as the minimum but in reality the FDA's safe loss for AFAB individuals (which is whom the minimum of 1,200 is for, for AMAB individuals it's more 1,400-1,500 as the minimum) is about 1,000 calories. it's more like no one, period, ever, from any demographic should go under 800 calories because at this you're running the risk of a large variety of dangerous things (electrolyte imbalance can cause sudden death for example). really, the safest weight loss rate is going to be half a pound a week if you're not too overweight or just above average on the "healthy" scale and you want to lose for whatever reason, a pound a week if you're more on the overweight end proper, and 2 pounds a week is good if you're obese.
      if at any point while trying to lose weight you experience any of the following though, it's too little, and what is too little is going to vary a lot depending on weight, height, and activity:
      🚩🚩🚩list:
      intense food fixation or preoccupation with food/constantly thinking about food, intense hunger and/or binge urges, depression, anxiety, general random sadness, random panic attacks, loss of concentration and ability to focus, anhedonia (loss of interest in activities you once considered pleasurable), brain fog (this could be severe, you could feel like your brain is mush), sudden bouts of nausea or urge to vomit, dizziness, stomach pain, feeling unusually cold from the inside, extreme fatigue and/or fatigue and weakness, muscle weakness, irrational thinking, insomnia, poor sleep, muscle cramps or spasms, body aches and "bone pain", easily bruising and slow healing wounds/cuts/injuries, oddly above average preoccupation or focus on dieting and exercise, general misery and awfulness
