Same, it’s up there with OoT TP and Botw for me (still haven’t played Totk)
O. M. G. SO MUCH MEMORIES FROM 6-7 YEARS AGO!!!!! THE FIRST ZELDA OF THE TIMELINE AND MY FIRST ZELDA TOO, FAY, ZELDA, LINK, (Jelly blob clan) AND MANY MORE!!! SO MUCH EMOTIONS AN MUCH MORE DETAILS!!!! THE BEST ZELDA. EVER
I remember when I played it on Wii. Looks like we got our wish, Fi. We met again in another life.
For those who haven't played this game yet. this trailer is showing way too much.
Right? I went through this whole thing thinking "Oh, the new players are going to hate this trailer."
It's not like you can really glean any information from it though, if you've never played the game. First-time watchers will most likely remember nothing from this trailer.
Game is ten years old aside from the very small changes the game is exactly the same. You think there are Zelda fans who never heard of this game or even at least seen a trailer? Thats like showing the trailer for skyrim and hope not to spoil anything lol
It's actually a little better than the last few trailers but it does show a lot. No context but still a lot. Like there's one image that keeps popping up in trailers that looks cool but is literally almost the final shot of the game. Like "Get pumped... for the credits". But I don't really remember trailers much myself and on balance I'm hoping it's enough to show how cool and diverse the game really is. Because on the interwebs the meme is "worst zelda, bad zelda, so boring, you keep revisiting the same places, so linear, motion controls" and these trailers do kind of overwhelm the uninformed with a glimpse of the incredible diversity of enemy types and activities and story elements you get in this game that you can't get in any other Zelda to date. Every 3D Zelda is unique and there's so much this game has to offer that the negative memes online don't convey so it's unfortunate the marketing has to bombard you with all this imagery and coolness to try to drown out the noise.

The game looks fantastic, i cant wait to explore the sky and the land below the clouds again!

Incredible remaster. They fixed a plethora of issues with the original and there is no need to EVER go back to the Wii version.

Even though it’s linear compared to BOTW, it still is classic Zelda at its best. Story and temples are just brilliant, looking forward to playing it on switch 👊
Botw is actually the odd one out in this series and in my opinion where it went wrong. Zelda should of never went open world.
@@joemama-cf7sj do you not think? The idea was there and the scope of the game is really quite vast, but shrines and the mythical 4 were just too similar. If botw2 has upgrades (as we’ve seen) with a more Zelda production around temple navigation, it’d be hard to beat. Like ocarina of time but a much larger scale - I might play that tonight, what a classic!
@@rupertmastin2603 don't get me wrong I got Botw just recently like 3 weeks ago and ya I like it but at the same time its just wayyyy too big for nothing. It lacks direction but not freedom if that makes sense. I like that Botw is a type of game that you can make very hard or very easy or somewhere in between. I just hope Botw 2 is more condensed with more focus on direction. Hunting for heart pieces is what I hope for the most.
How are you going to compare this to breath of the wild ,do you compare your grandma to your sister too?same concept because zeldas family too otherwise you wouldn’t even play this game if it didn’t remind you of a time every thing was better because if it doesn’t maybe you just need to keep playing and I promise one day you’ll want to go back
@@joemama-cf7sj what have you been smoking? Zeldas a timeless game trying to keep up it’s going to get always weird before it gets great and most of the time my opinion all zeldas are great in their own ways

What I wanna know is why don’t we hear Fi in other Zelda titles. Well, accept for the small moment in BotW when Zelda cries and the sword tells her there is still hope.
Probably cuz skyward sword is the only big console zelda before botw. In canon yea she existed the whole time, but from a developers pov they only finalised her design AFTER ww, tp, oot and such

Wind Waker was also hated when it came out.

I have started with BOTW, after completing Skyward Sword I can tell that it felt too repetitive, to many requirements to complete another requirement to upgrade, and It was no cool to fight with the Imprisoned over and over again

We went from $60 for a three port collection to $60 for a single port in a year. If y'all buy this, you're sending Nintendo a green flag to keep this up in future. Don't do it.

i dont care, zelda is worth it :D and this was never meant to be a 3 port, this was always meant to be a single, but, this was never meant to be a 3 port, just a single and nintendo want fans to get to know this story and these people before botw 2 comes out coz they are connected ;) but, as for the 3 port, we will get a tripple or double zelda pack soon enough, just hang in there a bit longer :D
This game is 60 FPS while the Original is 30 FPS, the loading times are halfed, lots of quality of life improvements, better graphics, you were saying?
This is a so much higher effort release than the Mario 3D All-Star collection, though. Those were essentially virtual console releases with no improvements besides the rendering resolution. This is an actual remaster, with more meaningful improvements than e.g. Twilight Princess HD had. Also got to point out that Link's Awakening, the remake of a Game Boy game, was a full-price release too.
See fanboys are already justifying the 60€ price just because it has 60fps and some minor tweaks.

No, it looks fine. Skyward Sword had a specifically un-realistic style that was meant to look like a painting. They upscaled it to HD, which was all they could do without drastically changing the game's intended style.
