- It's probably been the journey of becoming whole on my own.
I always thought that I was going to find happiness and love outside - that another person was going to give that to me.
And then I realized that it's not how it is at all. You actually get to be happy all by yourself. If you can just appreciate yourself and know your worth and your value - you can be a happy person. Not always thinking about somebody esle, like, did he call? or did this person think I was good in that audition? Or any of those things.
It's like: I'm happy, I have a great life, I'm a good person, I live in a good way. I have great friends- I can call somebody and go anywhere and do anything. You know what I mean? I'm healthy. I have beautiful children.
THOSE things are really the most important things.

But we also shouldn't forget she's a multimillionaire who probably has a personal chef, nutritionist, personal trainer(s), not to mention the best doctors and access to any kinds of expensive cosmetic treatments, injections, lotions, etc etc etc. In those circumstances a lot of people would look amazing at her age.

With these stem cell treatments they are doing now (Cost a ton), you can slow the aging process down quite a bit. Also amazing for injury recovery as well. Wouldn't surprised me if she did that treatment regularly.

I'm 49 years old, have two beautiful kids and I am a Grandma and and I am always getting compliments from people, daily, because I drive for Uber. It feels good.
