Hi Timo. Came across your CZcams channel. Been doing research on Mauritius for the last 6 months. I'm a South African living abroad looking at purchasing a property in Mauritius in 2025. I'm looking at a place to retire. Ive been abroad for more than 25 years. I was looking at golf estate properties in the western cape but I'm not happy with the way the country is going. I'm only 44 years old but have been fortunate to work as a cfo for a very large international company. You being South African makes me feel much better dealing with your company.
