We had more than 26+ speakers from 9 countries, speaking and discussing about the emerging trends in governance, risk and compliance -- this year, particularly about modern technology such as AI and blockchain.
ERMA also implemented its own AI in the event experience, such as AI assistant (B.O.R.B.) and chatbot, also a blockchain-based ticketing system.
