Another insightful discussion between Pa Anton dan Lee. Organizational resilience is indeed more than just a challenge; it’s a fundamental necessity in today’s rapidly changing world. Organizations must be able to adapt and evolve in response to external changes and disruptions. This resilience enables them to not only survive but also thrive amidst uncertainty and change. It’s about maintaining and enhancing their value-creation ability, regardless of the challenges they face. Moreover, resilience is not just about reacting to changes but also about proactively shaping the future. It involves anticipating potential disruptions, preparing for them, and turning them into opportunities for growth and innovation. In this way, organizations can embrace their future and ensure their long-term sustainability and success. So, your statement well highlights the importance of resilience as a key component of an organization’s strategic toolkit.
