Regarding the endometriosis healing, I was diagnosed when I was 16, I became pregnant with my son 10 years later after a year of drinking a 24 hour brewed tea of nettle leaf, oat straw, red Raspberry leaf and red clover.
I began drinking this mix 4 times a week after I went to the emergency room 2 years prior to having my son with severe pelvic pain only to be told "it must be your endometriosis, heres some pain meds." To which I did not fill the prescription but called some of my doula and midwife friends for advice.
Ah, to build a sauna and have it near the cold water, what a nice thing that would be. Cheers to such a beautiful channel I now discovered.

its crazy hey when we finally are able to dig down to the cold dark depths of the pain an make progress there is a sense of guilt involved as we become free then begin to see how much pain everyone else is still in... its like we have been conditioned to think pain is normal... an i suppose thats how society works selling us things we dont need for moments of distraction... thank u for sharing ... much love

this is perfect verdant...u have triggered me to find words for something ive been feeling...so my interpretation of pain is that its a guideline for learning life, like picking up a burning stick we feel pain say ouch and learn that lesson...emotional pain is the same from other other people for example my father, we assume our fathers love us so to feel pain from them is confusing so we go about blaming ourselves for not being good enough etc etc when really he was/is a burning stick that caused pain.....getting up for work everyday making heaps of money used to cause me pain... which once again was the burning stick, i quit and live a simple life growing and collecting food and have found much happiness from it.... however where i am stuck is its very lonely, an at times i think im the only one that understands this...which is a kind of pain... so to see the journey u are on its giving me hope that i am not in fact alone...thank u for ur love and i send u much back 💙

Its very hard to find people who are genuine such as yourself. Who's not afraid to show their weaknesses and shortcomings and to say this is what I'm battling this is what I'm facing and this was my solution. You not a victim your a fighter. Your showing people what a warrior looks like. It's not always holding a weapons or learning something lethal in self defense but it's everyday life we face and how we get through it. I had kind of the same situation when I was young: seaching, feeling, travelling, reading a lot, sometimes at the bare limit of my mind health. Then I found Transcendental Meditation. That Indian Vedic technic allowed the contact with my inner Self in a very naturally manner. I could start my real spiritual quest, and that saved my life. Use your mind/intellect only to deal with daily routines. Renounce it for the real search of Yourself, and go inside. That's the only way somehow. I mean that worked for me. You are beautiful and I hope you find your way.
