Uhm, you're supposed to go to the return desk when you enter. Get your refund. Go shop. 🙄 It avoids all of this unnecessary confusion. It's common sense. Entirely avoidable situation. Nothing to do with race. You could've walked in only with the receipt, picked up duplicate merchandisethen asked for a refund.. Happens all the time. Theft of all types is rampant at these stores.
