Matt, use a second nut up against the first on the motor bolt. Use two box end wrenches to tighten them against each other so they can't loosen and fall off as easily.
I like that idea, if you don't have a second bolt you can take a screwdriver and hammer and ping the threads. When you back the nut out it will fix the threads upon removal. I'd rather double nut though.
In areas of vibration a nylock nut (locknut) or aerotight nut are best used. Nut on nut id good too.
All good suggestions. It's called a Jam Nut. Works great. Also, nylock nuts are top-notch.

20 minute videos are fine that's what got me watching you in the first place. Two broke people piecing a boat together just to go sailing. There's been some crazy things you lived though. You do all your own work. What you have is because you worked your butt off for. No other sailing channels do this. Anyway you do what you need to do I will keep watching. Just be safe.

I dont know what imaginary line you guys have picked out that makes a "professional" u-tuber vs your productions, but every video of yours is so professional, I have to remind myself it is just the 2 of you putting a video vlog together, and not a big TV production.

Don’t feel pressured. I can’t speak for your entire audience but I’d be happy with 15, 20, 25, or 30 min videos. You can even skip a week or two if you need to. True fans will wait just to watch your antics. Relax and have fun guys! ❤️

18-22 minute videos are perfect! Back when I used to watch TV, most episodes were 30 minutes, but 8 minutes were restroom breaks I mean commercials. So 18-22 mins for your videos is a great sweet spot. Good luck, stay safe and don’t burn yourselves out.

You two are always rocking it. I would love to watch 1 hour videos, my BP would go so low from laughing and the awesome fun you two are having. As for film quality I never notice two busy enjoying you two. I will always be here no matter the length, I even watch your shorts. I am glad you do this in real time not months ahead like some others. Matt, I do not know exactly what you did to bolt the engine on the dingy. However I would get a shorter bolt with big washers for inside and out and use nylon lock nuts. They will not back off, just have three or more threads showing. Kristin, as always you look stunning, he is one lucky man. Have a wonderful week and God Bless you two in all you do.

You guys are my wife and I favorite sailing couple. We have watched every single video you have made. They keep getting better and better. While there are other sailors who we watch the banter between you two is really entertaining. The remake of your boat was fascinating to watch. Your personalities are what really make this channel. Frankly, I would be disappointed if you shortened your vids. We enjoy them so much and wish you could put several out a week ... although that would be totally impractical. I just wanted to tell you what good work you guys are doing and how much we appreciate all of your efforts.

Personally I’m a fan of the 25 minute videos but with your videos it doesn’t really matter as I simply like your content. To be honest, I look first at the length of any video to decide if I've got the time for it. If it's longer, I'm much more likely to put that one off. And the way life works, I often don't get around to circling back for those, so that makes me a fan for the shorter vid. I like to feel like I haven't missed anything…
