You know, I just realized something. This game was intentionally designed to be "bad". Yet it actually looks far more enjoyable than most Early Access games on Steam.
***** Well, Early Access means that the game is in an early development state while people play it and point out what should be updated, but I agree and what both of you say. Most of Early Access games are out for the sake of making people play their game even if it still is in the planning phase.

DongleBerry early acess means some dude made a glitchy akd unfinished survival game, and now want to make a LOT of money. Atleast on steam.
Only because games like that make it to early access doesn't mean they will EVER make it into the store after being finished. The normal store is heavily quality controlled.

Now this is an egglike at its best. Good luck trying to beat that. 0.9 actually seemed like a full-blown game, including the challenging end boss and platforming levels later on.

Vinny's adventure through Signville really tells you the importance of music in video games. Even though it's stolen from OoT, the music still adds so much.

I am actually really impressed by this. He actually has some competent level design and rewarding puzzles and platforming, as well as some /interesting/ boss fights. (Which desperately need some balancing.)

I have played the shamrock king so many times that I have gained the ultimate pro strats:
-Never stop circeling around him clokwise
-When SHAM5K comes up, ignore him and stop using fire spheres
-Hope he doesn't do his butt-shockwave
I love this boss.
This game makes him think of Skyrim because the quality of the writing of the dialog in this game is of the exact same quality of the dialog in Skyrim.
The S.H.A.M 5000 is actually really rad. Like, for a bork game, this is the least borky i have ever seen.
If and when Vinny plays Earthbound, I can't imagine Saturn Valley will be pleasant for him

Ive tweeted both vinny and vappy about the mute claim and got no response so far, its that pirate metal band that have caused this as all other videos featuring that track have been taken down or muted too
Vappy has said that a reupload will happen sometime in the future, no date given though :(

The final boss fight. Biggest pet peeve is when game makers make a final boss fight so frustrating you end up beating the game with a really negative mood and it makes the game feel like it wasn't as worth playing, even if it was good.
Its also pretty lousy since the best strategy is hold left the whole fucking fight. The final boss is suppose to be like a final exam of the whole game, not a chore.
I personally really liked it but wish the weakpoint wasn't a fucking CHORE to hit

I was just thinking the same thing.
I managed to get all the sausages and finish the game in about half the time it took Vinny to finish - probably because I managed to do the Shamrock King without taking damage on my first try somehow. .-. That's the closest to a speedrun I'm getting though lel

***** This has actually been mentioned on his Tumblr. Not an HD remaster, but rather a continuity of the core idea. There would be the familiar locations (i.e. fightyplace, signville etc), but it would be a different game with its own concepts to bring to the table.
I believe the distinction he has established is that LFG is for Le Fantabulous Game (this version), and TFG is for The Fantabulous Game (the aforementioned continuity which would be sold on Steam). Honestly, the titling rivals the silliness of Nintendo's marketing campaign, but I digress.

I’m not sure why but this and the corruption videos made me see Vinny as the best twitch/gaming streamer. The content, commentary, community, and of course it never really gets stale. Other streamers start to bore me overtime but not Vinny.

In case anyone is curious about the copyrighted audio, turns out it was most likely because
of the battle theme from Shamrock King which is a song called "Ievan Polkka" by the band Korpiklaani,
I tried finding the song on youtube again and turns out every good quality version of the song that is not uploaded
officialy by Korpiklaani has been taken down.

He meant that there's no "save-state" button to save your position. If you restart the game, you go back to the hub no matter if you saved or not.
