Today, we can head behind closed doors for a tour with Petrol Lounge's General Manager, and veritable expert on the cars in the facility. Never have I previously explored such a varied assortment of cars in one place, genuinely heading from modern hypercars back through time with cars from all corners of the globe, and from completely stock to heavily modified. If you're a petrolhead, there is certainly something here for you!
Petrol Lounge itself offers vehicle storage and concierge services in a completely unique venue, and there's no better way to take it all in than a full look including hearing the original real Batmobile firing up. With literally hundreds of cars to check out, we'll pick out some of the best bits!

@@rafehislam2425 Kevin is a long time good friend that I'd consider more a brother. He really loves his job and it shows. He treats every car as his own and every customer as family. I'm surprised he didn't sneak his own Stagea into the garage next to our AZ-1 for extra JDM love.

The best variety of the best cars ever made by human beings. I would love just to have 30 minutes of being able to see this in person. It’s got to be overwhelming to be in there because just watching this on my phone almost is. I’ve paused and rewatched it 20 times now😂😂

The yellow Enzo couple are great people. Spoke them at cars and coffee- they use the cars. Both are real drivers. Their dog sits shotgun.

Used to frequent Petrol Lounge years ago back in their old spot with the S2000 club here in Austin. Always was quite the place to check out and spend some time. Life and kids take up all the time I have to give right now unfortunately and haven't seen the new place. Recognize a lot of the cars though. I still have the S2000 but unfortunately, it doesn't fit two adults and two kids seats so it doesn't get out much. Glad you got to take in some of the automotive scene here in Austin. You need to stop by for one of the Cars & Coffee out at COTA when you get a chance. Lot of money here in Austin with a lot of cool cars.

I remember visiting there when they had 2 F40s, Paul Walker's S7, a red Carrera GT, a Shelby Daytona coupe, and so many more. It was a few years back and I would love to visit it again.

I think this video proves my thoughts that older cars are so much more interesting than the newer stuff. The designs, the engine tech and the colours are so different and by implication more interesting. It does depend upon personal taste though, which I get. The more eclectic the mix, the more it appeals to everyone.
Glad to see the S2000 here, as an owner of one myself, they are brilliant cars. One of a kind.

behind the tesla roadster is a icon, the 2CV, the name tells the origin of horsepower- 2 chewaux = 2 hp. the last engine it was produced with had the crazy amount of 29hp. 🤣
There's two of them in there. The red one is a normal 2CV. The blue one is a Sahara. Citroen made it into a 4WD vehicle by putting a second complete drivetrain in the rear. It can run on either engine, or on both.
458 Speciale and a type 35B will do as a 2 toy garage for me.

9:30 My biggest car related pet peeve right there.... Guys, if u have a green livery on your car, you cant have yellow calipers. Black or gray calipers woul be the move here, since Porsche doesnt offer green calipers. The yellow is just an eyesore on this beautiful car
The yellow is for carbon ceramic rotors vs black for steel. I imagine you can make the CC rotor cars another color but most people keep it yellow to show what rotors are on the car.
That's how it's always been with porsches lol , yellow calipers are for carbon ceramic brakes
@@kevinchilders1052 im aware, but if u spec out your Porsche with carbon ceramics, u have to spec the rest of the car to match it. I might be wrong, but i think you can get the carbon ceramics in black as well?
