    Thank you sir, I followed along and felt benefits around the 4minute mark of calmness and a feeling of oneness with all, are you able to share your thoughts in a video on how to observe the subconscious, throughout the day my mind has lots of chitta. when I get home and sit to begin my mind becomes quiet and peaceful it doesn’t like to be watched. I am trying to find out what the brain is thinking when I am not directing my thoughts
