I’m happy to see the thermal break in the attic. What is the R value on the exterior walls? The exterior walls don’t appear to be a 2x4 studded wall, so the insulation seems a little thin. Thanks for the video and helpful information.

Good question! Here at On Top of the World we are building our 1st floor exterior walls out of 8”X8”X16” Concrete block. We add an additional foil back ISO board to the inside of the wall for additional insulation for an R- Value of 5 in order to meet the Florida Energy Efficiency Code.
