Hit and miss with the water worked well Dave. Your soft skies and background produced deep depth of field. Thanks for sharing. Always learn something new following along with your demos. Cheers Ross

Great fun, with just two brushes and a sponge - amazing what can be done the minimum of equipment.

Estas pinturas son increíbles para hacer práctica con la merluza, ya que a mí todavía me cuesta. Gracias por tus enseñanzas Dave!

Simply brilliant, Dave. Trees make such wonderfully elegant subjects and this one doesn't disappoint. Thank you and have a wonderful Easter weekend with your family. Cheers from rainy Markham!

Another impressive less is more w/c - again recession and colours are so very good. Sorry I didn't catch the name of the artist you were talking about? Yesterday I was reading a Ron R. book. Very good. I have two art classes to go to and I shall then start w/c on my own through the summer - adult art classes restart autumn. Watching your style with hake is helpful - though I do realise that it will take patience and time but hey ho that's OK. :):) Thanks Dave. Caz

Hi, Dave. I just watched this older video, and it's excellent. Very few of the sponges I've seen in CZcams watercolor videos produce leaves of just the right size and shape, but yours certainly does! It may strike you as a silly question, but would you share with us what type and/or brand of sponge you used? There are a LOT of different ones on the market.

Hi Chris, it's just a bit of synthetic car sponge with large holes in imitating a natural sponge. Natural sponge is better.
