hi coach adrian. my ex is living with me because our visa is aligned, but she is dating another guy whom she left me for. he lives overseas, i am trying my best to be positive and upbeat and make her smile, it hurts when she talks to him over the phone and i had to hear those conversations. i am trying my best to be patient, she shows hot and cold behaviour sometimes.
Can all this work if they are dating someone new? I lost hope of us getting back together for that reason

Hi coach! Please help. I struggle with what to say after No Contact. I also struggle when we talk with staying on track after No Contact. He ALWAYS brinings up the past. I try to avoid it. But he starts asking questions or pointing the finger and then I respond about the past . Please help. Is there a way to avoid this?

My boyfriend and I broke up 2days ago because he thought I was cheating but I wasnt but some messages he saw made him think I did, please help me
Me and my ex still live together. He was the one that ended it a month ago. We recently had a lovely day out together. He has made plans for Christmas. He will stay at a friends on Christmas Eve and call at ours on Christmas morning for a few hours..Should I worry about his future plans.
Would this work if they dumped you over you “cheating” and telling you they’d never give you another chance ever again? And then in public them being mean to you and yelling “f you” when you haven’t seen them in two months?
Ooof..we’ll it’s clear she’s still extremely angry and probably will be for a while. You broke trust with her. You broke your Union. My man cheated on me 3 years ago and I’m still very bitter about it 😡 Although I know he’s not cheating now (bc I’m extremely observant these days, can now tell changes in behavior, and no longer naive and ignorant), and he’s been making me happy, but the cheating is still in the back of my mind and causes a rift between us a lot. You’re gonna have to give her more time for her to cool off. Her seeing you probably triggered all those feelings immediately. It’s either she’ll start missing you once you start making changes in your life to not do those horrid things again and may possibly take you back OR she’s one of those people who are like, once you cheat, you’re done, goodbye. People are flawed and make mistakes, so I do understand, but learn this lesson to never hurt someone like that again 😢 Sorry for the long msg.
I did not supported him when his father was ill . now his father had died. After knowing he has liver cancer i apilogised and told him i will leave job and stay at home to take care of his father. But he broke up with me. Now when his father is no more. He told me he will never marry me now. We were in reln from 5 yrs. I dint want to loose him.we work in same ofc. But he completely ignore me. And want me to go away from him.
